Clearly hired great developers and UI designers. Well thought-out website with an exceptional way to keep members loyal.

I'm pretty happy with it

I'm pretty happy with it. Sophisticated technology, somewhat active discord, frequently updated and performs really well in-game. The only part where it's somewhat lacking is character abilities, since it mostly focuses on shooting and awareness, but in a game like overwatch that's not really that important anyway.

Easily the best

@Rivals

Excellent security. Most trusted provider (apart from DMA) to use on main. Dev is very helpful and always looking for improvements and optimisations everyday. I've tried all others (except for DMA) and this is the current best because NetEase are always stepping up their game.

A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled, that’s simply how subscriptions work.

If you no longer wanted the service, the subscription needed to be cancelled before the renewal date. Removing a card from your account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

That said, if a renewal did go through and you hadn’t used the software during the renewed period, we would have been happy to review it and refund the payment.

Calling us “scamming losers” over a standard subscription renewal that could have been resolved by simply contacting support is a little unfair.
