The whole experience was great, Danut, the driver, was amazing; he was caring, friendly and professional and got me home even earlier than the supposed time. Lucia as well was great, she helped me through the whole process. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Lucia and her husband couldn't do enough to help us. From taking my phone call pre 7am on Sunday, to sorting out getting my daughter, husband and 2 dogs back to uk after airline left them in Paris having flown from Canada, within the time frame of the dogs time for their medication. I can’t praise them enough. Would never think twice about using them again. Such good knowledgeable people and not forgetting Daniel the amazing driver. Thank you to them all .

You must use Elite Pet Taxi service!! Marcel and his wife and so wonderful and helpful. We were moving back from LA to the UK and they made our journey from Paris so smooth and easy. Pedro our dog was especially comfortable and happy. They also advised us on the paperwork required which can be very confusing. Thank you!!

I and Slinky (sausage dog) needed to fly back from Portugal to UK, cargo wasn't an option. Therefore, we flown to Paris (CDG) and then crossed the border to the Uk by road.
The 'Elite Pet Taxi' company popped up while I was searching for ways to do it. After checking the reviews and speaking to Lucy (company), I made the decision and chose their services.
BEST DECISION EVER MADE!
I was given all the necessary info plus Lucy helped me out with any extra info that was crucial for my journey, such necessary paper/documents. She kept me updated with any important info that would come up and it was always available with extremely prompt replies.
I've asked if I could change my destination on the day of the travel and Lucy contacted the driver (Magic) and got straight back to me with a positive answer, which made me extremely thankful (unfortunately for Magic, this change added an extra 4 hours to his journey, apologies).
Magic, also kept me updated on his journey on the way to pick us up.
I was greeted at the airport by a very pleasant smile, respectful, responsible and helpful driver (Magic). He had a bottle of water in the car for me (very thoughtful) and as I mentioned that Slinky needed to go toilet he said that he would stop in the nearest service station as it had some grass area ( Slinky only goes on grass).
As the journey was extended on the day, Magic even asked his wife to drop some pizzas at the station that he had to stop to refuel once we crossed the border to the UK.
It was a long journey but I couldn't fault the service nor the driver. They have taken off so much stress from our travel, Slinky is 12 years old and slept pretty much all the way home as she was so cozy.

Excellent service. Great communication before and during the journey. Our driver Daniel reached out a few days beforehand, knew our flight and terminal, and was ready for us as soon as we arrived. He even had water, a cat bed, and a litter tray in the car, which was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this service!

Can’t thank Lucia and Marcel enough for the service they provided! I booked Elite Pet Taxi for my mum and her dog to visit me in the UK (taxi from Brussels airport to UK) and the booking process and the journey itself were excellent. The response to my booking request was very quick and all further comms were very clear and timely. Lucia explained entry requirements for dogs and double checked the pet passport to make sure it had everything in order which was very helpful. Marcel met my mum at the airport in Belgium and made sure her journey was very comfortable. Overall, everything went as smoothly as I hoped for so I definitely recommend booking with them!

To ensure optimized comfort for my pet cat Momo travelling from Paris to London, we chose Elite Pet and it was the best decision. Lucia was very helpful and informative in booking us in and answering a lot of questions. Marcel picked us up from CDG, helped with luggages and the van was also equipped with litter tray. There was a lot of space for Momo to walk around. The drive was smooth and comfortable. Marcel kept us in the loop with updates and offered to stop anytime we needed a break. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. We had very positive interaction with him. Highly highly recommended.

I’m so glad I used Elite Pet Taxi to help me transport my cats from France to the UK! They are very knowledgeable and professional. They took away so much stress from the process. Not only did they handle all the border crossing arrangements, but they also helped with tips regarding the veterinary paperwork and customs. I would absolutely use them again, and I highly recommend them!

Marek was phenomenal!! He was timely, considerate, and very professional. He made the relocation after a stressful flight so easy, and being able to relax in a nice clean car with my dog Cleo on my lap and a safe driver made the journey the most enjoyable leg of the trip. Thank you Marek!

While we were jet-lagged and fatigued off a red-eye flight to Paris, Marek and elite pet taxi made sure that we could relax for the remainder of our journey into England, smoothing the process with British customs, and letting us focus on keeping our two cats comfortable in the back seat after they were restricted to their carriers for the flight.
