Unbelievable but true

I was a little in doubt when i ordered my Nikkor Lens 55-300 at this site, because It was my first time. But after 10 days, i was surprised to get it on my desk. I really recommend eGlobal Central to everyone, because it is very cheap to do business.

I made an order and it was a really difficult to have information about it. It take about two weeks to receive the order with few possibility to get answer to the several question about the order status I sent.

Canon eos 760D

All perfects, Good price also if the spedition are long, but is nothing. I don't speek English my language is only Italian Sorry. Comunque tutto bene la fotocamera funziona perfettamente la uso giornalmente e la sua resa è davvero ottima.Dicevo che il tempo di consegna è stato un poco lungo,ma visto il prezzo ci possiamo stare.

sent or not yet???

I ordered a camera and a battery on 25 Feb. On 1 March I got an e-mail informs me that my order was sent to the carrier, but when I check the tracking number I found that my package was not yet submitted!! On the website of eGlobal said that the order should arrive in 6-8 working days but I'm not sure that my order would arrive on this timeframe. No one from customer service response me!!

I choice to place my order with eGlobal not only for the price, but also for the timeframe of sending the order. Next time, I would appreciate to pay more on the better customer service website.

Tamron 17-50 f2.8

Obiettivo Tamron arrivato in meno di 2 settimane.
La lente era sporca e con alcuni piccoli graffi .
Inaccettabile , mai più.
Probabilmente mi hanno spedito un obiettivo comprato e poi restituito da un altro cliente.

ENG.:
Tamron lens arrived in less than 2 weeks.
The lens was dirty and with some minor scratches.
Unacceptable, ever again.
They probably have sent me a lens bought and then returned by another customer.

Lost my phone?

ordered it the 1st february 2015 tracking status stuck as in transit, in germany from 9th in Germany, (to deliver in Italy)even started a claim through paypal, no answers by email, no answers by facebook, no answers through paypal, at least for help to try to locate package.. looks like scam, be aware

lack of information

the delivery was late (much more than expected time).
i tried to contact your company several times, but i had back only standard answers.
no one really gave me any answers about shipment, tracking or expected time of delivery.
3 weeks from the order and no answers, when i was going to open a dispute with paypal, the phone arrived.
