They may have some kinks to work out, but these people truly care about their customers.

UPDATE this company has actually gotten to me within minutes of me posting this review. Their people truly do care and that is what matters. I will now pick another tank near the same price and I’m sure it will go well. Thanks efun. Well, I gave one star because, I ordered an item about a week ago and I have received no updates. I emailed the company a day ago, but no response. The price was ok, and the product should be fine unless it is damaged or something, but it looks like this business, based on countless reviews of the same thing, needs to really work on their logistics. First of all of this product is coming from China or somewhere I can understand that it will take longer than a domestic package to get to me. As far as I can remember there was no warning or notice of where the product ships from though. So that’s one issue. Another is that they make you download that shop app, and the tracking doesn’t even update in that. The biggest problem though, is that they don’t respond to emails, atleast not in a timely manner. I will say this doesn’t look like one of those companies that looks like the just don’t give a flying F. I think they just have some issues that need to be addressed and they need to really think about that, because if there are good people behind this company, their other services are not making them look so good. Hope they can change, because no one wants to order from a site that is known to have bad shipping, and bad at communication. That will kill an online business dead. People want as much info as possible, more than they need. If they are left in the dark with their money seemingly floating around, they will definitely not use the company again and will also warn others to stay away.

Good prices but lacking big time in the shipping dept!

The coils that I purchased we’re fine. The problems that I had is how long it took to receive the order and I was completely in the dark as to when I would receive the order.The shipping sight that your company uses doesn’t update the status nearly enough and it’s mostly in Chinese so for all that I won’t be giving that great of a rating but the products were good and the price was really good! Thanks!
