Felip was excellent and made us feel…
Felip was excellent and made us feel looked after from start to finish. He guided us and told us how we could help push the process along and kept involved the whole way asking for updates. Also I love eden offered insurance. Our first purchase fell through but the offer of insurance saved us £2500 which we could use towards the next fees. Would recommend but hope we never move again!

Very pleased with Eden Conveyancing
Moving house can be a very difficult experience but Eden Conveyancing made our journey from beginning to completion trouble free. Their on-line communication was excellent. We particularly liked being able to contact our Case Handler at any time of day if we had any questions via their in-house messaging service and receiving a prompt reply and support. We were kept up to date with our progress as well as upcoming tasks to be completed. Also documents from solicitors could be easily sent and received. We can definitely recommend Eden Conveyancing.

Beti-Wyn was recommended to me by my dad and couldn’t have been more helpful. this was my first house so i had no idea what to expect, but i havent found anything stressful at all when it comes down to the solicitors! you always hear about issues with getting your house lying with slow solicitors, but definitely not Beti-Wyn! I was kept in the loop throughout the process
I had access and contact with an extremely responsive professional during the entire process. Thank you Beti-Wyn for your dedication and attention to detail. I also really liked the fact that I was kept informed so I knew where we were during the process of conveyance, which in the UK is extremely stressful! This company was definitely value for money thus I would recommend them.

Nicola was absolutely fantastic throughout our house purchase, and we’re so grateful for everything she did to get us over the line.
From start to finish, she was incredibly proactive and persistent, especially when things got time critical towards the end. She really pushed things forward when it mattered most, which made such a difference to us.
Her communication was always clear, quick and reassuring, and we always felt fully informed and supported every step of the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she was always there to respond when we needed her.

I have used Eden three times
I have used Eden three times, Kiran Ali Farooq has been my named contact each time. I cannot recommend Kiran and Eden enough.
To start everything is on a portal, it is so easy! no paper work everything immediate. You can track the progress, see whats outstanding etc... It even retains paper work from completed sales and purchases so its all in one handy place.
They have an excellent instant message service, i dont think in all my transactions ive waited more than an hour to receive a response. Kiran is excellent. You get a named conveyancer and if they go on leave you get a named person that is covering.
i wouldn't use any other firm, 100% recommend.
