ECOS company was established in 2017 in the eponymous Free Economic Zone (FEZ) in the city of Hrazdan, Armenia. Created jointly with the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the FEZ is a unique space for the development of projects in the crypto and blockchain industry. Starting with a simple sale of equipment, by today ECOS is the world's largest company operating in the field of mining and creating its own investment infrastructure. The product line already has 6 working projects: cloud mining, ASIC mining, investment portfolios, hosting, wallet, and cryptocurrency exchange. ECOS data center is located on the territory of Hrazdan thermal power plant. To date, it has more than 20,000 devices and supports an energy infrastructure of 60 MW, capable of expansion to 200 MW. The location in Hrazdan creates a number of significant advantages, such as: direct receipt of electricity from thermal power plant, ideal climatic conditions and the presence of its own service center. Armed guards monitor the safety and security of the equipment around the clock, and a team of engineers working on the site 24/7 ensures uninterrupted operation.

It’s not a get-rich-quick scheme, but for steady passive income, it’s solid. My contract’s been running for a year with no surprises.

Had some spare USDT sitting around and figured, why not? Put it into a short-term mining contract just to test things out. Didn’t expect much, but now I’m on my third contract, and I’ve reinvested my profits twice. This setup makes it easy to scale up without constantly adding more funds.

I’ve tried a few platforms before, but ecos stands out for its honesty. They explained how the fees work right at the start, so I knew what to expect. Even with the maintenance costs, my short-term contract turned a profit. It’s refreshing to find a platform that delivers on its promises.

I had low expectations when I started with a small contract, but the clear communication and predictable payouts kept me coming back. Now I’ve transitioned to a longer-term plan, and I’m already seeing the benefits of reinvesting. Slow and steady really does win the race here.

It is a scam eventually. After 2 years, i have e lost 80% of what i deposited. There are more fees than income. With bitcoin prices in high this is crazy. Absolutely dont invest.

I have encountered significant issues with the ECOS app regarding Bitcoin withdrawals. Despite completing a contract a year ago, I have been unable to withdraw my funds. Although the app indicates a successful withdrawal and promises deposit within 24 hours, this has never occurred. Multiple attempts to withdraw have resulted in the same outcome.
Updated on 14 March 2025:
After trying multiple times, the team contacted me and asked my confirmation regarding the withdrawal address. And yeah, I received my funds in my wallet.

I purchased an ASIC for over $4,000, only to earn less than $1,000 in return. Now, they're demanding fees that exceed my earnings, a complete scam.

Avoid ECOS Mining – A Complete Scam!
I purchased two miners from ECOS, and within the first three months, they constantly broke down and required endless repairs—all at my expense. Instead of providing reliable equipment, ECOS kept demanding more money, turning this into a money pit rather than an investment.
As for their investment portfolios, I bought several, only to have them completely disappear from the app with no explanation. ECOS refused to tell me what happened, effectively stealing my money with no accountability.
This company operates through dishonest, unethical business practices, luring people in with false promises and then trapping them in a cycle of losses and hidden fees. Stay far away! Their entire operation is based on deception, and they will do everything possible to drain your funds.
Do not trust anything they say. Everything is a lie.

If you’re looking for a set-it-and-forget-it kind of mining, this is it. No need to worry about noisy rigs, maintenance, or hardware breakdowns. My payouts have been consistent, and I like that the contract terms are clear from the beginning.

Support was surprisingly quick to respond when I had a question about my contract. That’s a good sign in this industry.

At first I was cautious about paying for maintenance, but it turned out to be worth it. My 2-year contract has been delivering steady income, and the fees are covered by the increased earnings. It’s an example of how transparent terms build trust.

This is just another cloud mining scam, they've taken alot from me and keeps blocking my withdrawal. constantly requesting for fees with no real explanations. Have been sticking with profuple; 4 months without hassles. the best with solid returns with steady payout

I have been a member of this application for several months and have done a lot of research. Unfortunately, one issue that investors do not pay attention to is the high maintenance and repair costs, as well as electricity costs in cloud contracts.
The issue that has been on my mind, and for which I have not yet received an answer from support, is that the income generated from the investment is very low, and it takes many years to recover the initial investment.
The question that arises is: what logical reason is there for someone to invest if they cannot recover their initial capital?
I would appreciate your response.

I receive spam calls up to five times a day, even on weekdays, even after 8pm in the evening. From other people's remarks on TP, i discovered another firm called HILLBILLY that never had any problems with payouts. TP ranked very high

TLDR: Decent hosts, HORRIBLE customer service and user experience. Use with caution and HOPE nothing goes wrong.
I bought a miner and had it for about 7-8 months before I ran into problems. Before I talk about the problems, some quick bullet points:
- My initial investment was about 5k. I believe the future is bright for bitcoin. If you're looking up hosts, I don't have to tell you anything about this.
- I know NOTHING about cloud mining. I bought the miner and I pay electricity monthly.
- I have a Mac and an iPhone and the website and app SUCK! It's like they don't talk to each other (maybe I need to use chrome and a PC?). Certain things are easier to check on the app, certain things you have to login on a desktop for. It always seems random.
- The app is not intuitive. An example I think is emblematic of your User-Experience with ECOS:
Sending bitcoin with ECOS, there is a .003 BTC transaction for anything you send. You must factor it in for your transaction as opposed to it being automatically deducted. There is no mention of it your need to do so, and there is no calculator that helps you. I do not have a lot of BTC, so the increments I am dealing with are not common for me to add and subtract. Getting your BTC out should be a lot easier.
- POP UPS. There are a lot and there is no way to shut them off. They are all automated and all try to sell you something. The pop ups often interfere with what you are trying to do within the app.
- You are given an account manager, but they are either overworked, underpaid, incompetent, or some combination of the three. I had one who was relatively responsive, until one day I asked him for help with my bill, and he said he hasn't worked for ECOS in a month. "Sorry I forgot to mention it to you". My new account manager only sends me sales emails and responds every three days IF he even responds.
- Paying electricity is a a total crap shoot. I understand it and am willing to do it. However,
You can't do it from the app.
There is no reminder in the app when they will take your electricity.
There are no confirmation screens that say "Your payment has been received" or give a confirmation number
If you are in the United States, your bank often flags the transaction (because it goes to Armenia) and you are left in limbo trying to figure out what happened to your payment.
The proverbial "straw that broke the camel's back" happened in January of this year.
- on 1/15 I paid my electricity bill. I immediately received an error message. Not wanting to be double charged, I decided to pay again the next day.
- life happened and I didn't get to try again until 1/17 when I noticed on my bank statement, ECOS had taken my money.
- I contact support and they said they'll talk to the finance department.
- 1/23 I reach out again (after no word since the 17th) and they say they'll talk to the finance department and get back to me
- 1/25, my miner is shut off
- 1/26 I ask for an update
-1/27 they say they'll look into it
- 1/30 I ask for an update
- 1/31 They say, we'll get back to you
- 2/4 They say, "You owe the electricity. Pay it and we'll turn it back on"
2/4 SAME DAY, I write them back with screenshots.
2/5 They say "We forwarded your request to the financial department"
2/5 I ask to be sent to the Financial department
2/6 They say
"Dear customer,
As confirmed by our financial department, the hosting fee of your device is charged and your Asic is reconnected.
We apologize for the misunderstanding and thank you for your understanding."
2/7 I thank them for turning the miner back on and ask them about the revenue I lost when they turned my miner off
2/10 After no response, I ask them again about my lost revenues
2/12 they claim I received my revenue on 2/7.
I did get revenue. I had to go back and forth with them another 4 times to figure out how much I got, but it looks about right. I knew I got some money back and their website is so bad I wanted to spend as little time as possible on it.
My account manager was copied on a lot of the communication with the Zen Desk people. If he helped pull strings behind the scenes, I have no idea.
I had to hound them to make sure everything was fixed. Had I not been so annoying, they would've continued to say I never paid them.
Again, my miner generates revenue, and with some elbow grease I can pull the bitcoin out and transfer it to someone more transparent and available to me in the US. That's good!
Everything about this company, is not. They are incompetent at best. If you use them, pray you never have to talk to customer service.

Every single mining contract has defaulted. making me to question the significance of the cloud mining niche they have zero regards for their users hard earned money. i am with **KVLC** now, pays quick and CS is responsive

Do NOT invest, i made 600 dollars each on two contracts but when i try to withdraw its only 30 usd in my balance and i cant even withdraw that, if i want to withdraw the 30 dollars i need to deposit more and they took the rest of the mined btc for themselves. They will respond to this to look ”legit” but they are NOT.
