⚠️ My Experience with EchoNet Services Read Before You Sign Up
I want to share my experience with EchoNet Services Ltd, particularly for anyone considering their dialer for a call center using AI bots.
I was onboarded by their sales representative, who assured me repeatedly and confidently that everything would work smoothly, that their dialer fully supported bot integration, and that I had nothing to worry about. Based on that confidence, I paid 22,000 and signed up.
That confidence did not match reality. Over multiple weeks, I tested three separate, independent bot providers, and every single one confirmed the same issue: calls were not routing to the closer side properly, due to a dialer-side/routing problem not a bot configuration issue, as I was repeatedly told.
After switching providers entirely same bots, same setup, different dialer everything worked correctly from day one. That comparison made it very clear where the actual fault was.
I raised this directly and personally with the founder, Muhammad Umair Awan, along with documentation and screenshots, requesting a refund. Despite that direct outreach, I have received no resolution after 20+ days, and no clear commitment to make this right.
I'm sharing this so others evaluating dialer providers, especially those planning bot integration, can go in with realistic expectations not the "green garden" promises I was given.
