Initially I had an excellent experience working with my case manager Arya Green. However after she left, I didn’t hear from EbooksCrafter for two years.
When they finally contacted me, I was assigned a new case manager.
He was very nice and tried to be helpful, but because he had such a strong foreign accent it was extremely difficult to communicate.
Even though I had already paid $800,
I realized I couldn’t continue with EbooksCrafter.
I would advise anyone looking for a publisher to make the ability to communicate a priority.

The e-book crafter company is a scam and a fraud! They deceived me and took my money without completing my project or issuing a refund. Any interaction with Sylvia or Chris from this company should be avoided, as they continually demand more payment without delivering results. I have a binding agreement with this company, and I intend to take this matter seriously. My legal representation will take action to ensure that their company is banned in the USA and I called my bank to take action against them.
