Incomplete Product – Missing MP3 Files and Corrupted Software
I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.
I purchased Longman TOEFL Paper Test Key plus Audio MP3 and Software, but the quality of what I received was very poor. The PDF provided appears to be a low-quality scan rather than a proper digital version. The text is not clean or searchable, and the formatting is inconsistent throughout the document.
More importantly, the package was incomplete. The advertised MP3 audio files were missing, and the software included was corrupted and would not install or run properly.
The product delivered does not match what was advertised and is not fit for its intended purpose. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not what I expected when making the purchase.

I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of the material being sold. The seller claims they are able to provide this content for significantly less than its usual retail price, which initially seemed appealing. However, the quality of what I received raised major red flags.
The PDF appears to be a scanned copy rather than a properly produced digital version. It is not searchable, the formatting is inconsistent, and several pages are misaligned. More concerning, the document I received had missing content — for example, it skips from page 50 straight to page 65.
In my experience, this reflects the saying “you get what you pay for.” The low price may seem attractive, but the product quality and completeness were not what I expected.
