Taking money and not delivering

Do not buy anything from Easy Optical Limited!

This company takes money for an order and does not deliver. Does not respond to communication. Does not refund money paid. It seems goods are sold that will never be delivered. This is fraud.

If you have been duped by these malicious practices, please report to the UK government, they can have this company dissolved and have the owner disqualified:

Do not do business with this company

Do not do business with this company. They do not respond to emails or voice messages and I am not sure their mailing address in Delaware is legit. I sent the wrong eyeglass frames they sent me back to their office in DE & it was returned. I paid $167.14 and never received the eyeglass frames I ordered. No customer service at all.03

I don't like the way they do business

After waiting two weeks without receiving the frames I ordered I wrote the company and requested that they cancel the order and issue a refund. Instead of honoring my request the very next day I received an email indicating that the item had been shipped. The item had not been shipped the seller simply created a shipping label. 3 days later using the tracking number I learned that the item is still at the manufacturer's location in England. After two requests the company refuses to cancel the order or to refund the purchase price to the original form of payment.

Ordered frames and initially they…

Ordered frames and initially they responded to emails and took calls but after the 60 day dispute period was over, all communications ceased and the frames I ordered never shipped. They're scammers that will take your money but never send you anything.

Took my money, no reply

I ordered a 300€ frame for international delivery, after assuring it's on stock and the assumed time for shipping is about a week or two. Before payment, Henry replied very fast. Now, a month after placing my order, I get no reply for my emails, neither any other update.
I'm going to cancel my PayPal payment.

Worst experience in life during Online shopping

Eventually, I also ordered a Reykjavik Eyes frame from this seller and paid the full amount. It has now been almost 2 weeks over, but my order has still not been shipped.

I have emailed him multiple times to check the status of my order, but I haven’t received any response so far.
It is a basic curtesy that you should replied to buyer, whatever the reason.

Fingers crossed—I really hope I haven’t been scammed, as mentioned by others here.

Please don't buy from this seller, It appears that I have lost my big chunk of money.

Update: Seller didn't send the specs, not even respond. Finally I raise the chargeback from bank & I got my amount refund from the bank.
Beware!!!! Please dont buy from this seller.

Shockingly Bad Experience

Shockingly Bad Experience – Took My Money and Didn’t Care

My experience with Easy Optical has been nothing short of shocking. I paid $70 AUD for a pair of sunglasses that never arrived. I emailed multiple times, hoping for even a basic update, and received absolutely no response. It felt like I was being completely ignored.

When I finally managed to reach someone by phone, I was told the item was out of stock—yet they still refused to issue a refund. I couldn’t believe how casually my situation was brushed aside. It felt dishonest and incredibly disrespectful.

I’ve never dealt with a business that showed so little concern for its customers. This whole experience has left me frustrated, disappointed, and feeling taken advantage of. I would strongly caution others based on what I went through.

My worst customer service interaction ever

I purchased a frame from them and when I chased them for it after waiting for a while they told me there was an issue with the frame and that they'd get one out to me.
I eventually got the frame but it broke several months later in February 2025. I was assured the frame was under warranty and a replacement would be sent.
After this began a long fight trying to get some kind of response from Mark, presumably the owner.
It was always an uphill battle getting replies but I'm not one to give up.
Numerous times I was assured a re-stock was imminent and my replacement would be sent out to me 'next week.' Always next week, but next week never came.
I resorted to calling and it was much the same story. Empty promises.
A month or so from our last interaction I called Mark again and politely asked for an update on my frame. He then descended into a rage, exclaiming that he 'isn't bullsh***ing me' and that he 'isn't running away' from his promise of a replacement frame. I didn't say a word during this time and I don't what I did to provoke such a rude response. I was made to feel like I'd maybe been harassing them but it was weeks or months between interactions with never any follow-up on their end.
This was my last contact with Mark and Easy Optical, back in July I believe. Here we are in October 2025 and I haven't heard from them since and they certainly haven't fulfilled their promise. They have my faulty frame and I have nothing.

If I could give it a zero

If I could give it a zero, I would.

Placed an order for a frame in July for international delivery. They accepted my order and replied to me after a week only after I enquired about my order.
At that time they stated the item will be restocked and they will updated me of its status.

Its been two months with no update and no response to my countless emails

Unprofessional team and awful service.

AVOID. Takes your money but does not deliver

AVOID AT ALL COST.
I ordered a pair of glasses with prescription.
Then no news. I chased and responded that I did not submit prescription (but quoted a different order number). Then no news. I chased, chased, chased.
Now no response to email and phone off the hook.
Sounds like it is a one man band and not a very efficient one at that.
