I have being working with you guys for few years and now I notice that you are charging me from $5 to $10 dollars over the price agreed for months now and this is really unacceptable since Im an affiliate and I just make about 410 dollars for each trip I pass in to you.
Also I farm out to you a trip on May 1 and you never pick up my client and on top of that you charge my credit card today I call your office after many attempts and Im still waiting for a call from your manager.

I received 1st class service and will definitely use.them again.

My whole experience was exceptional. From pick up times to drop offs. They were very punctual and professional. Would definitely use again!!!!

I highly recommend Earth Limos. We had them in Vegas for our trip from airport to hotel and then back again to airport five days later. Bottle of champayne and bottled water was waiting for us in Hummer. Mark was there and waiting for us soon as we landed. We had no problems whatsoever with our driver. I would highly recommend them and the hummer is the one to rent lol

It was just ok! My son's first trip to Las Vegas, so we wanted to make it special.The driver was there to greet us and collect our luggage. The limo was very clean and the bottle of champagne we ordered was waiting for us. I only wish we could have driven down the strip to enjoy the limo ride. I thought we paid for the hour and we only had maybe a 15 min ride to the hotel. They were more concerned about picking up their next stop, than us enjoying our ride.

Company worked so well with is for short notice to up grade to a larger BUS in such short time! They were absolutely wonderful to us!

Our experience was a bad one. We booked a nice ford limo after being told it was the best. The driver shows up 30 minutes early and acted like he had an attitude after we had him wait. Whats worse, he shows up not in the limo but a party bus. He then asks for a broom because he had just dropped off a previous party. It was filthy. Trash all over the place, just gross. He then asks us for our ipad to play music. We called about this and to thid day no one has returned any calls. We wanted some form of reimbursement after that experience But got Nothing. We will NEVER use this service again.

Mega limo was incredible! Driver was excellent, friendly and helpful. I would use this company again.

I use Earth Bus several times a year as a tour guide. Their service is professional, efficient and friendly. It's a great deal, spacious party bus vehicles and I love that tip, ice and cups are included. (a general concern for most of my guests) 5 stars to Earth Bus!

The driver was just as awesome and the limousine we had. I had a wonderful time and a awesome experience. I can't wait to use them again for my son graduation! !!!

Earth Limos worked with me on a very short notice to arrange a party bus for our group of 14. There were challenges with my bank because I was from out of town and didn't notify the bank, but Earth Limos was very helpful and personable throughout the process. While in the bus we had an amazing time. I would recommend Earth Limos to anyone looking to make any event even more successful!

I booked a limo for my hubby birthday. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very nice until we got our driver. He was having a bad night and clearly showed it to us. He was in such a bad mood. It was cold and we asked to adjust the temperature. He said there are controls in the back. We couldn't find it. We had to insist for him to take a look. Then he said that was not his limo and he is so upset he had to drive it for us. How is that supposed to make us feel? We emailed the company after that but never heard anything from them. We just wanted an apology for the poor service but I guess they didn't care enough. Kirk was our driver.

Driver was excellent, on time and excellent communication. Booking the reservation was also simple and professional. I booked this for my best friend's bachelorette party and it couldnt have been better! Price was excellent compared to other services also!

We had a great time, the chauffeur took us everywhere we wanted and even let us stay out 2hrs later than agreed. Of course we were charged the extra time but was all and all a great ride. We were steered to go to certain strip clubs even know we had a specific one we wanted to go to. Also the tip was a little strange. We tipped 20% up front and then another $40 for the 2 extra hours. The limo driver then took the last person to his hotel and asked for a tip claiming he didn't receive one.
I would use this company again.

My wife and I appreciate the courtesy and efficiency of the driver and safety he showed in driving. We appreciate these elements in using a car company for transportation.
