Very expensive. Their warranty only covers their equipment for 12 months and only includes labor for 90 days - while they continue to charge for their services. The interface is difficult and we have had outages. I would never use them again.
Not worth the investment. Weekly reviews are too brief, not in-depth enough. Equipment not as reliable as promised.
I've been trying to reach a supervisor since February because I'm unable to view my camaras remotely. It is now May and I'm still unable to view them. I've spoken to several employees on separate occasions, and they always tell me they will get the message to a supervisor. When I asked after months of an unresolved issue why I could not speak to a supervisor it was explained to me that because I was on a basic plan, I was unable to speak to a supervisor and if we could switch our business plan to a higher tier we could have more assistance.
You would think a company this greedy would at least allow us to make a onetime payment to speak to someone but that was not an option either.
DTiQ has grown with us within the 10 years we have partnered up for security. So much more than surveillance, they have a dedicated team of experienced and highly trained individuals to help guide investigations, help document incidents, and a proactive approach to unwelcome internal actions. They have saved us many headaches, truly a great ROI.

Flawless camera navigation system. I am truly happy with not only the operational services, but the customer service support is fast in troubleshooting and responsive to questions i have asked. Cameras are never down and smooth operation software. 5/5 happy customer. Recommend to small and large scale businesses and homes.
