This order came as a surprize. I contacted PayPal and they said it looked legit. I didn't even open any of the 19! items sent for 705.00 charge stuffed into one small bag. I contacted them only after I checked to see if even the email site was a scam. After back and forth emails with Sara at customer service (and an unsuccessful attempt to get my credit card to reverse the charge) I agreed to their final offer. It was not a full refund but higher than the previous two. They actually did refund what Sara said she would. They refused to take the clothing back. I did open the items and try them on. So, yes cheap material but what do you expect for roughly $37.00? Every order was size M and overall were close to size M, some were a bit larger but the size seems accurate. The patterns did match up at the seams better than any cheap clothing I have seen at stores. I can't recommend you take a chance on this company but I did give 3 stars because I got some refund and Customer service was nice online. Goodwill Industries will be getting some new clothes to sell. And some people's taste might have liked the items.

Same disgraceful experience as other purchasers. Am trying to return £95 worth of goods purchased two months ago, and have had absolutely zilch response from Customer Service. Their chat line sings soothing songs but they clearly dont have any influence over customer service department. Am continuing to chase them.

This company will not allow you to return items that don’t fit, but they offered $15 on a $63.98 dress that I’m not able to wear.

Avoid this company at all costs. A chinese company under the guise of an American company. Utterly corrupt! Never purchase anything from this company and its subsidiaries. They are the one corrupt company.

Same issues as other reviews. They advertise that you can return products, but when I asked to return one of two dresses, they haggled with me over what they would pay. I ended up taking the approximately 50% of what the dress cost me and I could "keep the dress". Ahrrrgg! I will be much more careful who I purchase from online in the future!!

I also got ripped off by this company, doing business online as Nnesi.

I ordered 3 tops in XL. When they finally arrived, they would have been too snug as an L and might have fit an M. Hopelessly mislabeled.

They offered me a $48 refund on a $107 purchase. I said "No way!" They upped it to $60-something. I said I want ALL my money back. They came up to $80, said I could ship the items to a warehouse address in the northeast U.S. "if you insist on returning them," but that they wouldn't pay for the shipping.

I took the $80 offer (still waiting for the money), not wanting to add shipping costs to what I'd already lost br doing business with these miscreants in the first place.

It took weeks and weeks for the merchandise to arrive in the first place. And days and days to get email responses to each of my repeated requests for a complete refund.

I, too, got "encouragement" to keep the items that I couldn't possibly ever wear. Why would I want to keep garments that don't remotely fit????? Hello???

Avoid Nnesi and all the other names these cheats use.

Full refund instigated by PayPal. This company offers free refunds but never answers your request for process. I'm satisfied I got a full refund via paypal and will stay clear of this false advertising substandard ignorant company

The same story as all of the other reviews. Wrong size, poor quality, China made, cheap fabric. No confirmation order received. Paid with Paypal. Paypal has refunded.

After reading all the negative reviews I was very dubious and even tried to cancel my order & requested a full refund, as I did not expect it to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised when it turned up a couple of days later. Both dresses fitted perfectly and the quality was as expected.

The clothes looked nothing like what I ordered and the sizes are inconsistent. Have tried to find a way to return merchandise and have been unsuccessful. Do not purchase from this company. Saying they are unethical is being kind!

Scam. Based in the far east not the USA and keep changing their name so people don’t discover how bad they are. I have cleaning cloths of better quality than the rubbish that was sent & their size 16 is really an 8! They don’t do returns and they delete all negative reviews from their site & social media to hide the truth. Total fraud. Had to escalate to PayPal to get a refund.

I think this is a fake shop or website. I never received my order, I was even asked to pay again a tax otherwise they send back my product, which I never received. For me this is a fake shop and should be taken with a lot of caution. I hope I will get my money back, but not sure.!

I tried everything to return two items that I ordered. I was offered less than half of what I paid to not return them. After weeks of crazy dollar increments offers to keep the items I was finally given a return address. But I was denied a refund because I was told there was nothing wrong with the items. I’m out $98.98 plus $20 for return shipping. Run away.

Buyer beware!! This company is unethical, the product you see on online is not the same product you receive. It’s bait & switch They claim they are in South Carolina, United States of America, but their clothing comes from China. The main shipping address reads Dress Fashion and they operate under numerous names on Facebook. This company make it impossible for you to return any of their products. The material they use is very cheap and the sewing is a one line stitch around the item. They wait several weeks before sending your item because it’s coming by ship from China. They give you 30 days to return the item but the catch is they must provide you with a special code which they refuse. . They sent me an email telling me they will give $15.00 credit for the dress I paid $57.00 for. Then they tell u to keep the item because it’s junk that no one wants. This company needs to be closed down & fined with stiff penalties & prosecuted to the fullest.

The clothes l ordered were box Shaped & extremely Ugly. They charged it through Pay Pal, l cannot even get through to Dress Fashion.You are wasting your time. I don't understand why these people are allowed to do business. There clothes look nothing like what you receive.l just made a $100 mistake!!!

Complete SCAM…ordered a dress ….payment was taken as PayPal.Dressfashion I don’t use PayPal. Ordered from Hlelu online. Sent an email to customer service no reply. Never again!

Add me to the list of people who got scammed!!! I haven't even received my order, never got a confirmation email. I have no idea where to even find this "company"? $550!!! Second time I took a chance on ads in IG and never again. I thought because they claimed to be a US company I would be in good hands. I was wrong. Would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away!!
