Everytime I make the mistake of selecting this delivery option on Amazon, it NEVER arrives. Not ONCE! Is this a delivery service or a money laundering scheme??

This company does not care about customers it is only interested in getting work. If Amazon continues to use this company I would refuse to do business with Amazon. I waited all day for the delivery and needed the product that day.

Twice now I've had a scheduled delivery…
Twice now I've had a scheduled delivery to pick up the package. They tell me it's from 8:00am- 11:00pm that I have to stay at home and wait... They didn't pick up the package again. I call them and they say I need to reschedule again for the third time and they don't know what happen! Really inconvenient them telling you that you have to stay home all day all evening to wait then not pick it up and having you to keep rescheduling because they haven't been able to pick it up.

Every time my order from Amazon it delivered with Dragonfly, there are problems.
I wouldn't say anything bad about the delivery and customer support workers, but the whole system and organisation is amazingly poor. They never let you know a proper timeframe, oftentimes don't even notify before the planned day of delivery. You might be already at work when you learn that the delivery is going to be today. Moreover, the times are random, the delivery can be at 22:00.
So the moment I get the email from them about the delivery TODAY, I have to rush home in case I'm already not there, and sit there for the rest of the day, without any notification, only for the package to be delivered around 22:00? In case of any problems, you have to call them, and when there is a queue, you have to waste more of your time simply waiting for the operator to get free. No contact email, whatsapp, anything to just send a message and go about your day until you get a reply.
Whoever organized the processes, it's ridiculous and absolutely incompetent.
From now on, I will be cancelling my orders if I learn that the delivery is with Dragonfly.
This company is going downhill faster…
This company is going downhill faster and faster. I currently have 12 packages circulating around that they cannot find my house too even though they have been delivering here for five years. They literally I’m watching these packages being sent back to Toronto circulating around Toronto before they head out to parts unknown and customer support will support will do absolutely nothing to help you keep talking about escalating the call with an email, but they will not actually get you a manager to speak with terrible terrible service.

My package wasn't delivered because they can't or don't bother to read the delivery instructions. They tried twice and still couldn't get it right. I spent a half hour on the phone with them to explai. . We will see if they figure it out tomorrow.

They said the package was delivered and handed. We were home, no one called, no package left behind. This is the third time this happened with different deliveries. You can not trust them to deliver. Or depend on them.

Return was supposed to be picked up by a man named Sandeep. He never showed Friday
I got some bogus message saying couldn’t get access to my building and no one was home. I was home all day and either he never showed up or is not smart enough to figure out how to push an intercom button. Rescheduled pickup to Sunday and exact same thing. I cancelled the return and returned it again so I can drop it at the post office. Will never use this company again
They kept my package - purposely!
There was an issue with my address and I had it corrected however the tracking said that they delivered it (by Tiffany) yet no there was no delivery or picture. I had called numerous times to correct the address and to get the status changed but they kept my package. Bunch of thieves!
Very unreliable company
Very unreliable company, false delivery notification, poor to no communication, on the third day of my package supposedly coming and nothing, very frustrated, Amazon needs to wake up to this!!!!

While there are a couple of good drivers, we have had terrible service from some of the drivers for this company. They continuously make excuses for not delivering the package to our rural address. When we call dragonfly, they tell us that the driver will be sent back and they never are. We have waited four or five days for a package to come that was supposed to come overnight.

Dishonest company
Dishonest company! My address was incorrect, I tried to correct it with them and they would not. They then said the package was delivered and it was not - they kept my package!
No-shows after multiple reschedules
I have been waiting for over three weeks now for someone to come pick up an Amazon return. I’ve had to reschedule over a dozen times. No one ever comes.
