I was writing about the mattress topper, I thought it would be more firm, It's nice but not what I thought. It feels lumpy in spots and warm in others. I'll give it more time, hopefully it'll get better in time.

The mattress was hyped up by Dormeo as the best on the market. When I installed it and used it, I was not impressed at all. Maybe if it was thicker it might work better, not sure.

Too soft
I understood that Dormeo was supposed mto make my soft, though expensive, bed firmer. It does not. My back is bad and I have had several surgeries. I needed something firmer so I would not have pain when trying to reposition myself in bed. This was not the answer.

Because I have chronic back pain
Because I have chronic back pain, it's too soft for me. However I have been able to sleep better but when I get out of bed in the morning, the pain is horrible! I would recommend to others.

Worried I lost $500.00 !!!
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size mattress topper two weeks ago. When it arrived, I opened it and tried it on, it was much too large! Completely my fault! After notifying customer care service, with in one day I got three return policies. Incredible! I gave them the measurements of my mattress and they almost immediately wrote up the new order to send to me at No Charge!!! Since I opened the first one, it can not be returned! But, I certainly will donate it and give someone else a beautiful new mattress topper at no charge! This was the best return service I have received in years! I am truly grateful! Thank you 😊
