Returned the item at the end of June…
Returned the item at the end of June and still haven't received a refund. Email correspondence to acknowledge that they have received the item but refund still hasn't been processed. Very poor.

Avoid this company! Returned my item through royal mail, Don Sucre received my parcel 27-07-2023 still no refund as of 15-08-2023. Sent several emails, had single response yet still no refund. Shocking customer service - AVOID
UPDATE - Complaint was submitted in August, had to get refund through bank! 7th November they have decided to respond! AVOID AVOID AVOID
