The DogWatch trainer was excellent and had my dog accustomed to the invisible fence with two visits. Since we began using the fence, we have never had any problems with our dog leaving the protected area.

Buying the Dogwatch pet fence was one of the best things we've ever done. We have two dogs, who, left to their own devises, would be all over the county. They loved to play in our yard, but the minute they were out together, the play would become a romp that took them miles away. We would spend hours searching the local roads and woods trying to find them. Ultimately, we had no choice but to let them out one at a time. It was a sad situation; they rarely got to play together freely in an environment appropriate for it. We can now let them out together, assured they can play safely within our yards boundaries (acres).
I was understandably nervous about purchasing an electric fence. It took a bit of courage to go ahead with it, but as I said in the beginning of this review, its the best thing I've ever done for both our dogs and us!

As per our conversation- you are 60 days late with the battery and my dog went right through the fence, thankfully unharmed.
And you were sold with no communication to your customers.
We are done. Remove me from the battery program now. UPDATE: I received the complimentary batteries, thank you . Thank was good customer service!

Great service given, installation was a breeze and all five pups are safe and secure. Simple email or call for battery replacement and quick to arrive to us by mail.
Definitely satisfied!

We've had this electric fence for about 1.5 yrs now and my dogs (2 full size Dobermans) never ever go through it. They crossed it maybe twice in the first month that we had it installed, but never again!!! They definitely know their boundaries now. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

We installed a new chain link fence and our dog continued to dig under it and escape...thankfully DogWatch pet fence has saved our little Houdini from getting lost in the woods behind our house! Wish we had thought of DogWatch BEFORE spending the money on a new fence that didn't work! Thanks DogWatch!!

Excellent customer relations! Ed really takes time with his customers. No question is too much. Ed is very knowledgable and personable. He spends as much time as is needed to help meet the needs of the homeowner and dog.

I was really hesitant about getting the in ground fence at first. I thought for sure my dogs couldn't grasp the concept and would be constantly shocked and would escape, especially at first. With the training that they received and the quality of the fence we haven't had any break outs or any problems with the dogs. Both of them responded really well to the training and we love the freedom of opening any door in the house and they're safe.
