Wouldn’t recommend doggielawn, not as considerate as other pet companies and no reminder emails prior to order placements like other subscription companies. The patches of grass have come with mini flies twice so far, and the email they have on file for contact doesn’t actually exist because they can’t be sent emails and it keeps bouncing back unsent. Overall seems shady to refuse to cancel an order prior to shipping it.
When delivered on time and without damages, the patch of real grass is great for our apartment. Our dog uses it regularly. However, two times it has been delivered damaged. Most recently, the lawn was delivered to the wrong address. Doggielawn has not responded to my emails or resolved the issue, even though they sent me the FedEx picture confirming wrong address delivery.
Terrible experience with DoggieLounge! I tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after purchase, yet they took 2 days to reply only to say it couldn’t be canceled—despite the fact it hadn’t even shipped yet! The product finally arrived after 2–3 weeks, and now they refuse to accept a return.
