I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Dock & Play. My experience with them has been nothing but frustrating and unprofessional.

I placed my order months ago and still haven’t received anything. When I first contacted them, they claimed there was a delay due to restocking and promised updates. I never received a single notification. Every bit of information I got came only after I had to reach out myself.

Two weeks after their last message, I sent a polite follow-up email, and they never replied. I even contacted them on WhatsApp, but again, no answer. Ironically, their automated message on WhatsApp promises a response within 24 to 48 hours, which is just another empty claim.

This company clearly doesn’t care about communication, reliability, or its customers. Their promises of “dedicated support” and “automatic updates” are complete lies.

I am now demanding a refund and will be reporting this situation through legal channels if they continue to ignore me. I will never recommend Dock & Play to anyone and will make sure to warn others on every platform possible.

Absolutely unacceptable service.

Ive got a very disappointing experience with this business. Ordered a device in 06.09.2025. Got straight bei the delivered status a message like "there is a delay". The delivery should be in max 15 days. It didn't arrived... one month later, still only the delay reference. None of my emails were answered. It was like a ghost town. There is an IA Chatbox in their site, who promised the staff would be in touch in the next day, but never did. That was a present for my kid, that everyday asked about it. Now at least paypal reverted the transfer. Im happy ive paid with the service. Who knows if the staff even exists for giving me a refund? I think id not see the money again...

good support from the team, always available and fast response to any of my questions. The price was ok, the shipping could have been a little faster, in the end the unit came from China which I admit I didn't know that was going to be the case.

I am very happy with my purchase from Dock and Play.
The communication with them was very good-they answered very quickly on my emails.
I bought the Neo Geo MVSX and it is such a great machine.
Now I am considering buying a handheld from them.
I will surely buy from Dock and Play again. Fantastick customer service.

Orderd on the 15 May and waited 3 weeks I contacted support and was told there was a delivery tempt (I have 24 video recordings). After that, the courier apparently had delivery problems because of my address. Then the guy send me one from Amazon but it was the wrong one. (RG353VS insted of RG353V). At this point, this is a joke and I requested my money
