I purchased a bangle in February..unfortunately the clasp had broken a few months later.I emailed Customer service,who were very prompt with there reply! I enclosed photos of my bangle as proof.Within a week I had a replacement bangle.Superb Customer service.Highly recommended D Louise for Beautiful jewellery 🤗

Awful customer service. Placed an order and told 2-3 days delivery. Three days later I send a text to Whatsapp customer service, no reply. Four days later I’m told one item was out of stock and nothing was sent, wasn’t even offered a refund just credit? I replied asking to cancel the order, also sent another text via Whatsapp. No reply anywhere. No items, no cancellation, no reply. Appalling customer service.

I bought a t bar bracelet which fell off several times - I contacted the company but they would not refund - offered a replacement for something else- I wore it today and it’s fallen off and lost so that’s a total waste of money- I explained the actual bar isn’t long enough therefore it’s unsecured and obviously not fit for purpose. Terrible customer service - beware buying the bracelet and if you need aftercare as they don’t seem to care once purchased from them!

I have got 2 necklaces and 2 pairs of earrings and have worn them none stop, including in the shower and bath and they do not tarnish at all. I had an issue with one of the earrings and I reached out to customer service and it was resolved immediately.

I have bought three bracelets for my bridesmaids from D Louise and I’m absolutely over the moon with them. The packaging is stunning and the boxes they come in is so luxury!
My girls will be very happy with their bracelets and I will definitely be ordering again in the future for myself :)

I made a one-letter typo on an engraved piece (my mistake, I know) and contacted customer support via WhatsApp and email within 10 minutes of ordering. They sent the same, boilerplate reply via both channels refusing to fix it, claiming the warehouse processes things quickly. It does not really match with the statement on the product page that every piece of jewellery is engraved by hand, is it really possible for a custom piece to be engraved within 10 minutes from placing an order? I believe customer’s satisfaction (and a time buffer for human mistakes) should be more important than rules written on the website, considering the price of the product. Terrible customer flexibility and instead of being excited to receive the necklace and gift it, I am dreading the day it comes.

This company is fabulous. I ordered a bracelet last year and unfortunately it has tarnished. I contacted the company of whom asked me to send a photo of which they sent to their workshop. I have just received my replacement of which the design has been changed slightly making it even more gorgeous. The most lovely company to deal with. It has be come a thing of which I treat myself to something every year for my birthday as the initials are the same as my mum. D.L,

The jewelry quality is generally good, i ordered 7 items but only 2 i tems have somewhat lower quality than others. mix of rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets. i truly hope they stand the test of time, but in terms of design and look, they all look really good.

I have quite a number of D. Louise's pieces. I love them all and wear them regularly...not all at the same time, I have many! After the first few purchases, I was addicted and loved the fact that non-real-gold could look so good and have the same waterproof qualities. However...after a year, perhaps less, of wearing some bracelets (never taking them off, as is advertised...'jewellery you never have to take off'). But about a month ago I saw, with disappointment, that the gold on the jump rings on all the bracelets and part of the clasps has worn down to the silver metal under the gold coating. So now they look like cheap costume jewellery from a market stall. This is such a shame because the styles and general quality is really good. It's just its longevity that fails.
