Great design and layout. Great communication so far

Everything has been great to this point, we are hoping for a little more guidance on the next phase of the project.

DIY pools and spas have done a fantastic job with my design. We are currently in the process of revising plans after feedback from the city. I'm looking forward to the next steps!

I have owned and operated various construction companies (including a pool business) for 45 years and been in real estate for 12 years.
I chose to work with DIY because after spending a lifetime in Texas, I moved to Alabama where I have no pool sub contacts and no builder license, so here we are.
DIY is invaluable in helping you through the entire process, from design to permitting, and from construction to completion.
The Stephenson family are genuinely sincere in their pledge to treat you fairly, and stick by your side until you are pleased and proud of your final product.

Process so far has been smooth, havent finished out pool. The design process took longer than expected but excited ot get permits and get it going!

Hopefully the pool turns out half as good as the designs!

The experience has been amazing working with the crew at DIY pools and Spa. We are saving so much money by going this route. The initial design we received of our new pool actually brought tears to my eyes. It was beautiful.

The area of opportunity is probably the video calls. I scheduled 2 of them and both of them were about a week out. It would have been nice if they were a day or two out. This causes delays in the process if you're rushing to get a pool in before summer. If you do not have time constraints, then this may not be a problem.
They respond to emails within the day, but when you're a first time pool builder like me, you don't really know what you're doing so you're looking for a conversation instead of an email.

The company has been very helpful and very informative. Questions have been answered quickly and thoroughly. Staff is friendly and not pushy at all.

They drew up a great design. I am now at the engineering stage. So far so good.
