Our security review was carried out today by Reece. He arrived within the time slot we'd been allocated, was polite and kept me informed as to what he was doing. He also answered a couple of simple questions I had.

Reece my regular engineer is cheerful, friendly, polite, patient and is very knowledgeable with regard to answering any alarm related questions I may have. He always takes his shoes off when he comes into my house, which I find particularly endearing as it shows the respect he has for peoples home. Reece is an asset to the company.

Although the service guys are very efficient, the prices they charge for the batteries for WiFi systems is nothing short of a rip off. At least a 100% markup (14 batteries at £83)
Bearing in mind this is on top of the Service charge !
I have questioned this cost but feel it is really excessive
