Is this even a loan office? What is this?
I applied for a loan. They asked for my debit card number 6 times and had me complete several contracts but then had to continually redo the contracts and have me sign them again. After about 6 hours of dealing with them via phone, webpage chat, and through email, I just called one place and got a loan funded in less than 10 minutes. After that phonecall, DirectCash called me again to ask for my debit card number again and have me complete another contract at which I said, no thank you. They promptly sent me a rejection. You couldn't help me out within 6 hours and when I found help elsewhere, you threw in the towel. This was by far the most useless waste of time and worst loan experience I have had. I don't know what you guys did for those 6 hours in "helping me". I didn't see a thing or why. It's so easy elsewhere. Do yourself a favor: After you read this message, never waste another minute with Direct Cash again. You'll absolutely regret it if you don't follow this simple instruction. I guarantee it.
