I ordered some lingerie and after weeks of no information from Dim and many emails and phone calls from me, it arrived at a pick up facility but was the wrong order. I never heard back from them and they never refunded my money. They are a very badly run company and I highly recommend people to not order items from them.

My underpants broke within 1 year!!!! They are the worst ones I ever had. My 4€ Underpants held longer than the 30€ DIM underpants. Don’t buy!!!!

Do not ever choose the express delivery on dim.com
They lie, you will pay extra money for that but your order will be delivered as regular delivery or even later.
I hate liers.

P.S: the quality of their underwear is good.

Great underwear but I wish I had read reviews before ordering because as others said returns are not free despite what their automated assistant says. £21 to return items that cost me £100. The website does not say this anywhere. So only buy what you know will fit. And customer service is appalling, beware.

Placed an order - the wrong size was sent. Since then I have sent 5 emails - got a reply to the first one to say to send photos and they’ll be in touch. That was 3 weeks ago last Friday and the time limit on returns they state is 4 weeks. There is no contact number, no address for returns - nothing. The service is appalling especially since it was their mistake.

Delivery took 3 months, I'm in shock. Service is terrible, support responded a week later. I do not recommend this site.

The products ( underwear ) are excellent in both styles, and quality.
However, DO NOT order from DIM.com as you'll receive your order from the USA ... and should you wish to return any items, the costs are prohibitive.
My order for 2 items of underwear come to £20.00 on the sales. Unfortunately, both items needed to be returned, ... one was too small and the other didn't suit me. I then found out the cost of returning my 2 light items of underwear ... £21.00 !
Nowhere on their online site are you told about this return cost.
Advice : don't buy from Dim direct. Far better to buy this excellent brand from local and European companies .... eg La Redoute, Belle, ...

This is the second time i have bought a Dim full cup bra , i have a big bust and love the support . Unfortunately both bras after only 3 months have torn inbetween the two cups , this fabric is very thin . For the price of one bra I would expect it to last the same as it competitors. Unfortunately I will not being buying again :(

If you are not in a rush, it's ok. It took 20 days to be delivered.

Ordered small sizes twice and was sent medium both times. I wasn't willing to go through the cumbersome procedures of returns when I was sent the incorrect items on both occasions. The customer shouldn't be inconvenienced for the vendors mistakes.

Bought from the online site and after 2 weeks E-Global (partner) cancelled my order from DIM. It's been more than a month and still haven't received my refund.
Also tried to call DIM in Portugal - Hanes company, the name mentioned on the site in case we needed help but the lady Fatima Delgado said that they don't have any connection to the website and couldn't help. (?)
So, this was my first and last buy from DIM. Bad experience, won't repeat it. Thank you

When you writte a review on their website, it's not put online...
masks : don't ever buy them!! They are asymetrical,too large(they don't shrink after washing.. . ) really bad.
Such as theirnew underwear,the cotton invisibleones,such bad quality 🙁
I will never buy Dim stuff again
