On time and on budget and really great artwork. Very impressed. I used them to print some armigerous party invitations and the print quality was excellent. They also took our heraldry and created a spoof version reflecting the birthday celebrations. I was tickled pink!

What an amazing printing company
What an amazing printing company! I was a bit sceptical at first because their prices were so cheap, but I decided to take the risk — and I’m so glad I did. Everything was fantastic, from the excellent customer service and fast turnaround times to the outstanding print quality and aftersales support.
If there were a score out of 10 on here, they would absolutely get it. I will only be using this company from now on as they are far better than others I’ve tried. I would definitely recommend them!

We had a very poor customer experience…
We had a very poor customer experience with this company. We placed an order worth nearly £1,000, which was shipped via DPD. Unfortunately, the delivery was not handled appropriately — the parcels were left with a different business in the same square, and then, at Digital Brains’ request, placed outside unattended.
As a result, the package has gone missing.
We have raised this issue directly with the company and spoke with Harry Brown, Tom Manchester, and Peter Ruffus, but despite these discussions, the company maintains that the order was successfully delivered and has refused both a refund and a replacement.
We are now escalating the matter through our bank and pursuing a small claims process.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution. The company appears to act as a middleman rather than a direct supplier, and the level of customer service and accountability has been extremely disappointing.
Where possible, I would recommend ordering directly from the supplier to avoid similar issues.

We take all feedback seriously and want to ensure anyone reading this has an accurate account of what took place.
Here's the full story.
Customer placed an order. We sent over the invoice — delivery address right there, clear as day. They signed off on it. No edits. No "actually, can you change the address." Nothing. So we did what you do — we got to work.
DPD delivered to the address on the invoice. The one the customer approved. That bit worked exactly as it should.
Now here's where we could've just walked away. We didn't. We found out the parcel had been taken in by the office next door. So we got on the phone, sorted a collection, paid for it ourselves, and made sure the customer got their notepads. Nobody asked us to do that. We just did it.
The T-shirts — we have a photo of the parcel sitting at that office. They confirmed it in writing. And then they told us they'd put both parcels right outside the customer's own front door.
It got to their door. We can prove it.
We replied to every email. We bent over backwards. We even offered a goodwill credit — for a mistake that wasn't ours to begin with.
We're a small team. We care deeply about every single order that goes out. This one hurt — not because of the review, but because we genuinely tried everything.
The evidence tells the real story. And it's all there.
