Purchased 1:43 scale General Lee on the 19th Sep and recieved 14th Oct.
Very happy with sales and service.
Was a bit weired having to purchase via PayPal. But in the end, I'm very happy with the product and didn't mind waiting.
I will buy again as I have a collection of diecasts in mind that I need to complete.

I paid for an order for a vintage toy, i have all the proof and emails proving the same, my money is gone and no update regarding the product or nothing, totally fake, i would sue these bastards.

The worse. Placed order with nothing but troubles. No communication, everything was "back ordered" right after paying, nothing was ever even attempted to be delivered to me. $200 gone until I get my Paypal money back.

After placing an order online with my credit card I received an email a couple days later saying they wouldn't fill the order unless I contacted them, they would then send me a PayPal invoice. I order lots online and internationally, ive never had this before. The font in all their emails kept changing as well.. something feels really off with this business.

Dont buy anything from this website. They will steal your money. Its a scam. Wish I did a research first. I paid them for a toy, and never received it.

I've made about 10 purchases with diecast direct and have been very satisfied. They consistently shipped the correct item very quickly at a reasonable cost. I collect vintage toys, the toys that I received were exactly as pictured. If you can get an item from diecast direct, that you're looking for, you'll find it's a better value than on eBay.

The model car they shipped was clearly broken due to a manufacturer defect. Jada toys puts the burden on the seller to replace it, but I presume Diecast Direct knows this when they stock Jada model cars. I sent pictures and requested a replacement and return label, as this was a birthday gift for a young child. They did not send a replacement, but only a return label. I can't take away a broken birthday gift from a young child without having a replacement. So, now we're left trying to epoxy a diecast model car.

Sometimes when a company does what is expected customers do not write a review, there for the company ends up receiving more unfavorable reviews than good reviews, I want to say these guys did everything that was expected I ordered on Saturday and my order arrived on Thursday you can’t ask for any more than that, very satisfied

I would rather not give them a star. Terrible company. Very rude customer service they are not registered with the better business bureau. They will not ship orders. Waste of money and time

This company is great! Their prices were great and shipping was fast! It only took 3 to 4 day for my item to get to my house after ordering. My product was in great condition.

One star is too good for this company. Horrible customer service. I've been waiting for my item since November and I get nothing but a run around. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Very rude and unprofessional staff to deal with. Bottom line....don't waste your time with this organization.

Usually I have good experience with orders. But not this time. My 10 yr old son saved his money and bought his dad a christmas gift from here. I paid extra for UPS ground to avoid the USPS because I never get my packages on time through the post office. Well it was shipped USPS an error on their end and its NOT going to make it on time for christmas so my son doesnt have a gift for his dad. And all the customer service could offer was my extra shipping cost back. It was the last one left in stock so they couldn't send it UPS. Didnt even offer any alternatives just upsetting

So happy. Got my items fast and good condition but beware of shipping. That depends on how much u spend
