Just to clarify a few things:
Your order is indeed in progress, and we’ll be sharing tracking details with you as soon as it ships out. If you ever need a direct update, you can always email us and we’ll help right away.
You’re absolutely right that we now have a new website at shop.desiqno.com — we’re currently migrating over to it from our older platform to offer a better experience. During this transition, you may have seen both sites live.
Regarding the artist Elina Sahlberg — she’s been our lead designer since the beginning. That said, we’ve grown into a multi-designer studio, which is why the new site doesn’t feature a single artist name on the homepage anymore. Instead, we’ll be introducing more about the creators behind each artwork individually on their respective product pages.
As for our location: our company remains officially incorporated in Lithuania, where we operate our manufacturing studio, but our creative and customer support offices are now based in Copenhagen, Denmark — so both addresses are correct depending on context.
We know it’s rare to come across handmade, limited-edition steel art online — especially from an independent studio — and we get that it can raise questions. But we’re here, we’re real, and we’re committed to making sure every customer gets exactly what they paid for.
