Well first and last time using Dennys!
Ordered next day delivery and after ordering never received any confirmation of order. So I called them and got told they had it and order was dispatched. The next day same again had to call as I never received tracking! I got told it was definitely out for delivery yet the items never arrived! I called again Wednesday and was met with just plain rudeness from the staff member and the excuse of no managers on site and nothing I can do except refund next day delivery ! As for the parcel it was out in for delivery and was the last drop on Wednesday! Not even prioritised by dhl for their mistake.
Never again will I use Dennys for chefwear due to the lack of order communication which luckily I screen shot to delivery to the total lack of care from the staff members

I placed a order for 2 x chef jackets, trousers and apron. I payed £6.00 for next day delivery which is 4pm cut off. I placed the order and payed 2 minutes after 4pm as it took a few miinutes to go through the payment page and i recieved the email stating I had missed the cut off and I wouldn't recieve my parcel until Monday. So really if I order at 1 minute to 4pm I would recieve it next day!!! Don't tell me you can process my order in 1 minute. Unfortunately this is a company that works around policy not customer satisfaction!!!! Drones at work!!! Rather use another company!! You can buy le chef items off of other online shops. I won't waist my time with Dennys again ill shop around!! Really poor service Dennys staff!!!!

Got a replacement size and Dennys sent it to the wrong address. They made me feel like I was in the wrong. They worked out it was a totally different address they sent it to (I dont know why). Told me the order would be replaced in April when it was back in stock. Almost June now still no replacement or refund. Great work.

Ordered a waistcoat and paid for next day delivery as I needed it the next day , not received and customer service awful , avoid if I was you

Purchased a suit for my husband. It was of good quality and price too. I know where I will be going for my Xmas shopping...

Needed some Pilot shirts. After a bad experience with a rival company bought these and they are fantastic quality with a great service.
