Don’t waste your time with these…
Don’t waste your time with these clowns. Received an offer in the mail. Went on line filed out application. They said they would be in touch in a few days. Waited 2 weeks called them. Spoke to loan producer, said he would have the underwriters call me within 2 days, never happened. Then I received a call from another producer. Asked for a new bank statement, then said he would be in touch with in 24 hours never happened. This happened 3 more times. Finally called last guy he said he had to wait till the other producers claim to the commission expired.
Best bet is to stay clear of a business that works this way.

Literal loan sharks
Dont deal with these guys in any way, shape, or form. The mafia would lend you money at a better rate than these guys. Interest rates ranging from 35-50% with some insane weekly payback schedule. It's a compelte joke. No sane human being would ever deal with these people, and you shouldn't either.
