Poor quality, astronomical return fees and doesn't post negative reviews on their products

Buyer beware! 3 reasons:

1) the product is garbage. 3D seamless wall tiles looked great online in photos. I got 'fire'. what i received was styrofoam cup material which dented under the touch. i asked my contractor if we could treat it to make it hard so it wouldn't dent and he said no and that he wouldn't work with the product because it would look bad and i wouldn't be happy with it in the long run due to its soft composition. It was so thick (and uneven) too that you couldn't miter it (I have a built-in shelf) and coming to the edge would look crappy.

2) i went to return it. they say 'shipping plus 12% restocking fee'. On a $1500 order, they charged me $665 and only returned me $835. Exorbitant undisclosed return fee. I only opened 1 box, sealed it right back up as it was, returned it all, and they took $650. When you buy it they say shipping is $20. But when you return it, it is ALMOST $500! I am disputing it through my credit card.

3) I wrote up a review after the company sent me an email to review this product. THEY DID NOT POST MY 1 STAR REVIEW. I posted last week and it is not on their site. Unfair and skewed reviews on their site.

Low quality product (who sticks soft, thick styrofoam to a wall?), egregious (gouging) undisclosed return fees, and a company that does not disclose negative client reviews. All the makings for a company that should be put out of business.
