I bought the silver chakra necklace for $130 (yikes), wore it once, and it tarnished in less than a couple months. I posted (or tried to post) a review on their website to warn other potential customers, but somehow it didn't make the cut (shocker considering they don't have a single review under 3 stars). They did then reach out to me about a resolution, however, their idea of said resolution was to send me another necklace, presumably of equally bad quality, in exchange for the one that I had formerly complained about, presumably to replate and resell. Do not buy this low quality jewelry for the high quality price they're asking for.

I do apologize because I don’t like to write bad reviews, but unfortunately I am not satisfied.

The shipping time took far too long. After one month of waiting, I received an automated email asking me to leave a review while the rings I ordered were still stuck at Bangkok Airport. Instead of offering real assistance, they simply replied telling me to wait and “not to worry.” I completely understand that shipping can sometimes take time, but I did not appreciate being asked for a review without anyone even checking whether the package had actually been delivered. A bit less automation and more real customer support would have made a big difference.

The silver ring with the moon is really beautiful and exactly as pictured. However, the two brassy ones were very disappointing. In the photos they appear to have a soft, muted brass tone, but in reality the color is much brighter and more intense — more like flashy yellow gold costume jewelry. They look cheap and overly shiny, completely different from the elegant look shown online. I honestly don’t even feel comfortable wearing them.

Overall, I don’t think it is worth the price.

Ordered one month ago. Has not arrived. Tracking link and numbers do not work. Only chatbot answers to my emails to the customer service. No solution and info so far… Do not order!

Bad quality. The stone is beautiful but the necklace turns green. This is not what you expect with prices like this.

Very dissapointed bought a bracelet as a gift for myself for 70th birthday in December only put it on 2 weeks ago for a wedding and a week later the chain broke luckily I saw it fall off now its just sitting in my draw

I was very excited about buying on Daya website. I bought 4 chains also to make gifts because I loved the 7chakra chain and the goddess chain.
Unfortunately, the quality of my chain is very bad and considering that I paid 80€ and that I wore the chain only 4/5 times, I’m very disappointed….
I trusted them and I never thought the quality could be so bad since the price was so high.

Honestly some of the worst quality jewellery I have bought.. expensive , leave your fingers green and the necklace chain makes the pendant fit wonky .. do not waste your money !! Such great potential but very poorly made and terrible materials

Took almost two months to arrive. Quality is so cheap considering how expensive it is. Feels like plastic not sterling silver

It seems that the quality does not match the price at all. I'm really disappointed, because the ring and necklace look stunning.

Today I wore both the ring and necklace. The ring gave off a blue color on my skin. The necklace shows already signs that the gold layer is coming off.

You really cannot do this. People spend a lot of money and this is what we get.

Used to be great but seems like they changed their quality.
I bought a handfull of different earings from them years ago and they were great, pretty good quality and i still wear them a lot - but my latest purchase was entirely different. The necklace i bought turned green after two wears, and the earings i ordered arrived after 6 months. Sadly wont be shopping there anymore, even though the designs are adorable.

Low quality, overpriced jewelry. The designs are beautiful, but still it is a disappointing experience. The return policy is very problematic, when I tried to return as instructed, the packages were sent back to me, I did receive though a replacement.

I have made an order over 200 Euros months ago that I have never received.Daya not responding and on DHL tracking it has been showing as on the way for months now. 200€ lost. Total Scam!!! They are also not responding to emails. Will seek legal support.

Soooo disappointed. First ordered earrings which were great and in a nice package. Then this summer ordered two rings and a chakra necklace and was so surprised.. the quality on all three of them was really cheap. And thrown into the same package. Looked cheap. And one of the rings gold/ rasa color is off after a few weeks.. wrote to them about wanting to return the items and suddenly is this before very nice customer service completely silent. Do not buy here!!! You will not be able to return and might end up with very cheap looking jewelry.

Order made one week ago, order not dispatched and no reply to emails regarding this. Will not be ordering from here again.

I truly recommend Daya! I have purchased many time from them and i am so happy! The jewelries are unique, unlike no other, and the customer service is polite and very helpful.

I can see that you got some bad reviews for bad customers service and cheap looking not gold plated jewelry?
I have a totally different experience.
I received my jewelry in beautiful packages wrapped in beautiful paper.
The jewelry were really nice and pretty and good quality and if there were anything that I wanted to help with, they were willing to help immediately.

The only thing that’s a little bit disappointed for me is that my lotus ring started to fade( but I wear it a lot)😊 other than that they are so sweet and give perfect service and the beautiful jewelry really makes a difference for me.🥰
