There were initial security restrictions. These made me feel safer, not inconvenienced as some may interpret them. Support was prompt, concise and friendly; both via support chat and email. Jax in particular was very helpful. Great guy it would seem. I also received a pleasant voice message in my phone's voice mail. Although I missed the call, I took this as a kind welcoming gesture. This kind of attitude and punctuality goes a long way with me.

Day1x looks solid, without any frills. I was looking for an exchange that works well with a Forex/CFD broker (in this case, Fusion Markets) and I found it.
The interface is very user-friendly, not overloaded with information – it does what it is supposed to do. At the moment, there are no futures, but I don't need them.
I am hoping for a long-term partnership.

Thesde guys are amateurs. If you want nothing but dramas in crypto world these guys have it all. From slow and manual withdrawals, to freezing your account indefinitely with no end in sight. if you need a priorty service then go to binance or infact ANY other crypto exchange. Be prepared for endless kyc hurdles accounts being blocked, payID not working then working then not working. If you want to waste hours chasing your crypto funds for idiotic reasons then go with them.
Clients i have previously referred have had their accounts locked having to repeatedly prove where their funds come from. Be prepared to have to do multiple kyc episodes to prove your money is your money

In late November 2025, I purchased crypto and when I wanted to transfer them out to my hardward wallet for personal security purposes like I have done many times previously (April - June 2025 - 8 transactions), I was blocked.

I wrote in to request the withdrawl and after 3 days I was denied formally. I appealed again as I had done it previously in April - June 2025 successfully but again they denied me as their FINAL decision.

I am a very experienced crypto user since 2022 and have numerous crypto accounts with three major Australian Crypto exchanges (Coinspot, Swiftx and Elbraite) but Day1x.io is the only exchange that blocks crypto transfers out. This is unacceptable for my risk management purposes. Hence my FINAL decision and SUGGESTION is that you AVOID using Day1x.io at all costs! Their crypto withdrawal restriction tantamounts to a unacceptable scam!

Also your funds (fiat) takes approximately 5 days for their approval and remittance to your bank. These delays are unacceptable in this day and age when electronic transfers take only 1 day at most for transfer to any Australian bank.

The management of Day1x.io has responded favourably within 24 hours of my initial severe comment and they have resolved the outstanding matters favorably and satisfactory.

Also Jax Tan was most helpful . As such I will revise my initial feedback and ratings accordingly but I would encourage the management of Day1x.io be more responsive to customer service in future. The crypto exchange market is highly competitive and customer service can be a main differentiator.

Easy to deposit but holds people money. Gives option to withdraw via Swift but makes IBAN as a mandatory field. For the banks that does not have IBAN they will not allow, therefore holds peoples money ! looks very much like a scam!

AML police is an excuse to block money of honest people. Like i cannot withdraw via crypto i tried to withdraw to my bank account. They always tell me that i wait email update but nothing. From more than five days my money is blocked on their system without any response.

I had a good experience with the company, transferring crypto from another exchange, converting to AUD and withdrawing to Australian bank account.

Low fees, reasonable spreads, good platform and good support, overall a fairly seamless process.
