I was very confused at first look as to who to trust with my failed hard drive. There seemed to be an endless list of data recovery services and they are very determined to get your business. Datarecovery (& Justin) treated me so well, recovered my data a promised, delivered in a timely fashion for the price they quoted. The process was seamless and really appreciated.

My experience with Datarecovery was exceptional. My wife's computer was completely fried and the local tech guy told me he couldn't recover the SSD and felt that there was only a 25% chance of success if I sent it to a place he referred me to. Wife was frantic. I found Datarecovery,com online and saw all positive reviews. Using their service, I got 100% recovery with a very fair price and quick turnaround. Communication with them was also excellent. Highly recommend them! Happy wife, happy life!

Got all my data back after a power surge prevented the laptop hdd from booting fully. Only took a week or so from start to finish and there were lots of updates along the way. Very pleased with the service!

The service was Excellent...very efficient turn around time... when I called with a question or two the representatives were very courteous and patient. I really liked the fact that I could check in online and view the status of my case. The whole process was made easy for me from application to submitting my damaged media to receiving the recovery drive. 5 stars...I would definitely refer this company to others. I received the lead from another friend who was very satisfied with the service. The price was almost half of what another company wanted to do the same job. These guys are the best! They constantly communicated with you during all the steps of the process, they were able to save 100% of my MSOffice files (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and probably everything else as well - but so happy about recovering what was really important. I would certainly use them again, although, in all fairness, I hope I won't need them again!!

This is an initial review to the fact that they have an awesome customer service. I called to ask some questions and since I don't have a local facility in my area they sent me a free shipping label so they can inspect my device. I can already tell they take care of their customers very well.

I apologize for not reacting sooner to your 28Jan20 request to share the experience I had through your company (Datarecovery,com) and especially dealing through Justin McClelland who was really accommodating. So much for my filing system which facilitated my lateness with efforts in reacting to this request sooner.
I would like to state that I could not have had a better degree of service as I had working With Justin McClelland. He went way beyond that which was expected. I had lost 85,000 photos taken over a period from 1967-2019 and housed in WD Drive. Justin immediately telephoned and stated that Datarecovery.com could and would be able to retrieve all or most of the "lost" photos & videos. He gracefully stated the various cost levels as well as the type of work that had to be done in order to achieve the desired results. He quickly emailed me mailing instruction and updated me almost daily with his team’s progress. When It came to choosing the level of service he assisted me in selecting the proper steps for payment and type of W/D x-Drive and the mailing process. He even called me to help me correct the financing choices I made thus saving me a good sum of $ had the error not been corrected. After receiving the new WD 4T drive Justin granted my request in the last minutes to expand the storage period from 5 days to 30 days allowing me extra time at Christmas to examine the content of the WD 4T drive thus validating that all data was retrieved.

I thought I was sunk for sure when I dropped my external hard drive on a carpeted floor and it stopped working.
