Not a trusted website at all. The dress I received looks nothing like the dress on line and is extremely cheap!! Bad website. Do not order from this company!

Not what I ordered. Dinosaur throw shown as 3D. Just a flat throw, with poor colours. Charged in US dollars and the throw was sent from Chullora NSW. Avoid this scammer.

I would give this store no stars if I could. Complete scam. I ordered two sweaters, and they sent me two long-sleeved shirts with a picture of a sweater PRINTED on them. Total garbage. I have been trying to submit a return, and their customer service representative, "Mary," is refusing to do a return or a refund, even though the products I received are absolutely not the products I ordered. Save your money for something real--this business and their products are a complete scam.

This is clearly a scam. I ordered a Women's Vintage Floral Embroidery Art V-neck Long Sleeve Mini Dress and they sent me a disgusting sack with a flower like print, armholes and a v for a neck

This company are not at all professional. Their goods are nothing like their pictures plus quality rubbish...
I returned my goods and sent all receipts plus tracking number through to prove I paid $50 to mail back.
That was March/ April and they refuse to refund me my $300. THEY HAVE TOLD ME THEY NEVER RECEIVED MY GOODS.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TOTALLY DISHONEST.

I ordered clothing that even mentions ruffles and lace in the title. When it came, it was a picture of the advertised product imposed onto fabric. Not a single ruffle or an inch of lace. Then, to send it back for a refund, the instructions are a page and a half long. Oh, and the products I ordered no longer show on their website. I tried to work with them to get a partial refund before sending the items back because they have already deceived me once. Of course, they refused because I believe they have no intention of refunding me any amount.

They sent the wrong item and have failed to provide the required return reference number. Despite over ten attempts to resolve the issue, they continue to avoid addressing the core problem. Instead of offering a solution, they persist in sending irrelevant and unhelpful responses, causing unnecessary delays and wasting time.
