They are literally a scam. I bought a pair of earbuds from them which stopped working properly. They convinced me to send them back via courier, they've had them for almost a month and they never provide feedback or anything. Communication is close to zero. The product was defective they should have replaced it or refunded the money. I also spoke to the earbud brand and they have informed me that they are not authorised resellers that is why they are having these problems with items. I will be reporting them to European consumer authorities as this is not on. Your reply below is not true I have an email from the brand clearly stating that you are not an authorised reseller. If trustpilot allows me I can publish the email received from them. And also your excuse regarding the service centre does not hold water, they take 2 months to inspect an item! It is also not true that you respond to all email. Be factual yourself as well. You only want to sell items and then shirk your responsibility as a seller.

I purchased a Dreame Robot Vacuum from Dakauf.
The robot vacuum stopped working and I contacted their support for a warranty repair.
First they said that they would send a courier to collect the item, but week later nobody showed up.
I contacted them again and they said it was too expensive and that they would find a local partner in my country, but they didn't.
I contacted them again and then they told me that they won't fix it under warranty, I refused to accept that, the robot was purchased 05/09/2025, and that is well within the warranty period.
They are simply refusing to respond and simply ghosting me.
I have complained to the European consumer protection agency.
I have spent over 1000 EUR and trusted them to honour their obligation as a retailer, which they are not.

UPDATE 2: After exactly one month of purchasing and going through this whole saga, I finally received my refund. So I can now buy the proper device from another store. I will update the review from 1 star to 3 stars, because I finally got refunded, but the whole process was very stressful and time-consuming, and with bad communication. But I'm glad I got my money back in the end after a month.
UPDATE 1: Dakauf indeed finally answered my return request emails after I submitted this review, and they said they will schedule a courier pickup. I will update my review accordingly after I get a full refund as promised.
INITIAL REVIEW: Before purchasing, I reached out and asked them several times if they sell the global version of the vivo X300; they confirmed every time that they do. So I placed my order, and to my surprise, they did not send me the global version; instead, they sent me the EU version with a smaller battery, which is a cheaper version. I contacted them, they acknowledged the issue, and they said the best they can do is give me a 5 euro discount on my next order LOL. I told them I want to return the product and get a full refund because this is not what I ordered. Since then, they have completely ignored my emails and messages. I even suggested to them that I would be ok to keep it if they refunded me just the difference, as what I received is a cheaper version of the device, and I could have gotten it for way less, but they completely ignored me after the purchase. Upon reading other reviews, it seems like they did the exact same thing with other products, too. Sending out cheaper versions to customers, not what they ordered. In my case, they basically sold the EU version of a product for the price of the global one.

A great combination of prices, fast delivery and reliability! This was our 3rd order this year and the review is applicable to all of our orders.
I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from Dakauf. My experience with them has been a months-long battle against incompetence and blatant hypocrisy.
The Issue: I ordered a Logitech G502x Lightspeed, but they sent me the wrong, cheaper model (the standard G502x). Mistakes happen, but their "resolution" process is designed to make the customer give up.
The Ghosting: I contacted them immediately in December to resolve the error. I was ignored for weeks. I had to send 5 or 6 follow-up emails just to get a basic acknowledgment. Their support team would go silent for 10-14 days at a time, leaving me with a product I didn’t order and no way to return it.
The Hypocrisy: This is the most frustrating part. After delaying the process for nearly two months through their own silence, they had the audacity to tell me that because the 14-day return window had "elapsed," they were doing me a "favor" by offering a full refund. They ignored the fact that the window only closed because they refused to answer my emails!
The Threats: To make matters worse, they attempted to intimidate me by claiming they would deduct "30% or more" from my refund for "signs of use" on an item I only opened to take the photos they requested. It feels like a predatory tactic to keep a customer's money after the company makes a mistake.
Verdict: Dakauf is unprofessional, unresponsive, and treats legal consumer rights like they are doing you a personal favor. Save yourself the stress and buy from a reputable retailer instead. They do not value their customers; they only value holding onto your money as long as possible.

Do not recommend to buy anything from them. I paid over 1000eur for a device I havent been able to use already 3,5months. All that DaKauf replies is just I have to wait and wait and wait. Well how long more? Do I ever get my money back or not? Now I don't have that money and don't have that product anymore. Very dissapointed on this seller.

I bought an Honor mobile phone. I was a bit hesitant because it's expensive, and I hadn't bought anything from this store before. But everything went great, the delivery time was right on time, and the product arrived without any issues! I recommend it.

The experience was good. I hadn’t heard of this company before and was a bit doubtful whether it actually existed. I looked into their background and history online and on social media, and communicated with customer service, which built trust. I ordered a relatively expensive lens - The price was good and the product arrived surprisingly quickly. The conclusion is simple — five stars, and I recommend them :)
Despiste the trouble with my order payment, as seem the account department didn't check properly, once I contacted them as didn't have any confirmation, they were pretty good on the customer service within a couple of hours had the issue resolved, customer service was quick with responds and even though the device was one day late because the payment issue, once they shipped was next day on my hands, the should get a 4 start for the issues, but everyone can have mistake and the prompt attention and customer service deserved the 5. Device seem pretty good, well packed brand new.

On a local price comparison site, Dakauf came up as one of the best vendors price-wise, and delivered to my country. The price beat local and Amazon offering by a wide margin. The product, a smartphone, arrived on the first day of the estimated delivery window, a Saturday even.
I purchased a macbook, it was set to arrive in 3 days.
On the third day i write to them and they say that oops we don't have that macbook what you wanted. We have a different keyboard and only 256GB instead of 512GB. So i asked about the refund and i told them not to do it unless i confirm it. After 1 email, they closed the case and refunded me the money. I told them that i can't receive the funds on that card since its about to be closed. After that they initated the refund that same day and told me i will receive it within 1-3 business day. Then they initiated the refund not on the same day, but next and i received confirmation 3 days after (when it was supposed to arrive). Now i have to battle with my bank because they told me i won't be able to receive the refund there.
