Personal contact with Collin and David. Collin went above and beyond in support like providing paper copies as I don't have a printer. He came backfor the inspection when the work was done and then to deliver my paper copies. Very nice and personable. Also on first visit explained the product and the crews training. Was a good job all around.

Preston and Riley were respectful and professional. They explained how to take care of my siding project very well. I would recommend Dabella for anyone doing their siding.

Ethan and Isaac were knowledgeable and friendly. They were transparent about both the inspection and the costs. The quality of the glasswing windows is exceptional. Ethan & Isaac's inspection and presentation convinced me that I needed to get my windows replaced to protect my home and create more energy efficiency. DaBella's financing options made it affordable. I had a great experience working with Jonathan Tirivepi. His professionalism throughout the entire process really stood out. He was knowledgeable about the products and did an excellent job demonstrating the different options and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Jonathan was personable, professional, and clearly took the time to make sure I felt confident in my decision. I really appreciate his expertise and the way he handled the entire process. Great job! It only took 3 days to do my entire roof. the crew was really nice. They did a great cleanup job. Got all debris out of the plant and bushes. Fulfilled upon all promises and met our expectations. Exceeded expectations

Waldo and Tamer were absolutely incredible (and a shout to Luke for knocking on my door)! I never felt pressure or felt like I was getting scammed. They listened to my concerns, checked out my house and gave their honest opinion and overall it was an extremely enjoyable experience. They are knowledgeable and attentive through all aspects of the process. I felt well cared for and had fun.

Fabulous inspection which as anticipated rolled into a package to replace gutters. Both John and Shahrukh were very professional and pleasant. Shahrukh came with final contract information and handled if flawlessly. Well

I would like to share my concerns about the installation of my DeBella shower. I was excited to have my shower remodeled, but now that the work is complete, I have several concerns about the process and the finished result.
After the product arrived, the installer began removing the original shower. During demolition, he discovered that the HVAC flue needed to be moved. He did not feel comfortable moving it himself because he was concerned about doing it incorrectly and potentially causing carbon dioxide to enter the house. I appreciated his caution. However, the project was then delayed for three weeks while he found someone to move the flue. The person he found was his brother, a four-year journeyman plumber. To move the flue, they had to access the furnace room, which is also my laundry room. After they left, I went to do laundry and found pieces of wood, insulation, drywall, and dust all over the floor. I was disappointed that they did not clean up after themselves. I also noticed the mess they left in the shower area. The installer returned the next day and finished the installation. After having time to look more closely at the finished work, I am disappointed with the quality. Where the new drywall meets the old drywall, the finish is uneven. There was a large bump, and when I asked him to smooth it out, he did, but it left a divot that does not match the ceiling texture. I also noticed issues with the caulking. Even though clear caulk was used, the areas where it was applied are uneven when the light hits them, and the caulk extends at least an inch from the seam. There is also white caulk on the seat, and inside the shower there is an area along the floor seam that was not caulked.
During demolition, the installer had to remove the support bar located in front of our toilet. I asked him to reinstall it, and he did. However, the bar is crooked, one end is not securely attached to the wall, and the screw heads on both ends are stripped.
DeBella did compensate me for part of the time we were without a shower, but I remain disappointed with the installation. Given the amount I am paying, I expected the workmanship to be top quality as well.

The company was most helpful in giving us information about the problem with our roof and what were the possibilities of making the situation better for the next 30 years. Maria and Curtis worked very patiently with us to answer questions that they had already explained, explaining the situation until we were satisfied. We were very happy with the way we were treated.
