Scam
they were fine with taking my money i deposited, but as soon as i won some money and wanted to withdraw they asked for a bank statement and then closed my account and said they declined my registration which makes no sense because the registration was accepted before i deposited any money. shambles of an application and complete SCAM! customer service is no help either as they just send gamble aware messages.

I understand maybe some people have problems with the App but for me I have sent in verification once! And everything is absolutely fine! My withdrawals are instant! There slot games actually can play really nice! The issue I have with the site is when I copy the sports bets they feel a little AI generated but again I’d like to think I just experienced a bad run of luck. I have copied some winning bets 950£ off 15£ which I chased out 640 🤦🏻♂️ and a 340£ off 10£ with other small wins not worth mentioning really. I can 100% verify though this site is 100% legit! And I enjoy the layout and games they have to provide! 🙏🏻
Disappointing referral offer and customer service — even at management level
My experience with Dabble has been extremely disappointing, both in relation to its referral offer and the way my subsequent complaint has been handled.
I referred a friend and understood that the referral reward would apply. Dabble’s records apparently show that no referral code was recorded during registration. I maintain that the code was entered, but rather than offering a satisfactory resolution, Dabble has told me that the only goodwill option available is £10 in Free Bets, provided my friend contacts customer support independently to confirm that I referred them.
I find this an unreasonable additional hurdle. I have already spent considerable time explaining the circumstances and attempting to resolve the matter. Requiring another person to contact customer support before the offer will be honoured does not feel like a meaningful resolution from a customer’s perspective.
My dissatisfaction also concerns the customer service I received from Gabriel during the original live chat and, subsequently, from Stacey, the Customer Operations Manager, who reviewed my complaint.
I had hoped that escalating the matter to a manager would result in a more considered response and meaningful engagement with the concerns I had raised. Instead, Stacey’s response largely defended the original handling of the conversation, reiterated the same position and maintained that my friend must contact Dabble independently before the goodwill offer can be honoured.
I found the handling of the original conversation frustrating, particularly the repeated explanations and the fact that the live chat was ended. Whilst I appreciate that Dabble considers its procedures to have been followed, following a process and delivering good customer service are not necessarily the same thing.
I find this particularly disappointing coming from someone in a customer operations management role. I work for an organisation that prides itself on customer service, treating customers fairly and taking ownership when things go wrong. I understand the importance of policies and procedures, but I also understand that good customer service involves listening to feedback, recognising when a customer feels let down and considering whether there is a better way to resolve an issue.
Unfortunately, the response I received from Stacey did little to reassure me that my concerns had been genuinely considered. Instead, it reinforced my impression that defending the original decision had taken priority over finding a satisfactory resolution.
My complaint is now being escalated, and I have been advised that a full and final response will be provided within eight weeks. I will await that response before deciding on my next steps, whilst also seeking advice and sharing my experience through relevant consumer feedback channels.
I have also come across other customers describing experiences that appear similar, which makes me keen to understand whether this is an isolated incident or a wider issue with how referral promotions and customer complaints are handled.
For me, this is no longer simply about £10 in Free Bets. It is about the principle of an advertised offer, the additional conditions imposed when a customer challenges a decision, and the way that customer is treated when they seek a resolution.
I hope Dabble takes the opportunity to review both the referral issue and the customer service experience properly. Based on my experience so far, I cannot say that I have been impressed with either.

Very poor and slow customer care.
Can deposit ok but only through Google pay. My old card expired and have tried updating it and withdrawing funds, but customer service is slow at best. Very poor.
Restricted and cancelled my free bets
Started off fine but got restricted with £40 worth of free bets sat in my account. Refused to honour the free bets despite me placing qualifying bets to 'earn free bets'. Absolutely shocking as they bombard you with promotions and offers then restrict you for using them!

Suspicious platform
Suspicious platform. Open account deposit £10 no problem but after reading all the reviews decide not to business with them so try to withdraw my deposit back to bank card I use to deposit and now they asking information that only a mortgage provider can. I have not come a cross scum platform like this. They asking for information such are really not necessary and real reason for is that they sell people information to all sorts of third parties. If you are looking to open a new account with dabble please don’t. I am preparing for taking them to court and also report to UKGC .

Great app that mixes social media and bookies, extra features you don’t get elsewhere like copy cash, rocket boosts, rebounds. Other people can see your bets and follow along. Never had any issues with withdrawals. No BOG or place betting on horse racing is a bit of a disappointment but generally enjoyable.

Get ready for the lawsuits....so Dabble…
Get ready for the lawsuits....so Dabble has been using OpticOdds and OddsScreen among other APIs to, in real time, gather sports info from 100+ DFS, sports books, and gambling sites. That's why the props offered are never worth it. Their a.i. and algorithms mathematically make it near impossible to hit a parlay over 4 legs. They bolt or shield picks to combat hedge bets. They use OddsScreen to track users real time to see what picks are being made and where users are hovering so they bolt or shield it before it can be made. They also have a delay once u hit send on a wager to see the odds of it hitting then if it's to good they will say picks not available. They are predators going after addicts and poorer gamblers by waving a few promo funds in their faces to keep them active. Dabbles devs and i.t. also will respond to Google play reviews by saying u used 2many characters so bad reviews won't show up. The layers is another way also to make multipliers go down and force u into picking the same players if ur a hedge better. They are crooks, scam artists, thieves, etc. They've basically been ran out of Australia and the UK for deceptive practices. Have active litigation and more to come. If you're in the U.S. don't use dabble, if u do only play promo funds, never deposit. Screenshot everything. Even their a.i. Roger has admitted to me it's a scam. I have the screenshots and timestamps. I've built a 2.5g plus packet of everything they've done to me and thousands of others and look will be turning it all over to my state SWC and State AG and also every active class action lawsuit against them or that are being built. They won't be in Tennessee for long. Also write to your age and SWC and to dabble. Request audits. Actual paper trails have to be filed and noted and no excuse that it was lost in the emails or deleted. They sports gambling world will be a better place once Dabble is no more. I don't mind losing in gambling what I do mind are cheaters and scam artists. And you know who the worst of all is??? The Americans working for them doing this too their own people and vice versa for other countries. And don't get me started on their obvious pathetic bit bet they have going on. They really are stupid and don't even try to hide it and hope no one will push it this far or don't care if we do because they've made their millions and washed enough to keep and still pay the lawsuits. If you have any questions or need help email me at mcnairy27 Gmail . Com I'll answer whatever you need and can help point you in whatever direction. Oh and the kicker too...don't use apps like iddsjam they have backdoors as do many that dabble pays for to see what EV bettors are going to do....DABBLE YOU ARE SCUM OF THE EARTH AND I CANT WAIT TO BRING YOJ DOWN. THIS IS NOT A THREAT IS A FKN PROMISE ILL KEEP TIL ITS DONE OR IM DED. YALL FKDDD WITH THE WRONG ONES THIS TIME. AND EJ.... YOU'RE THE SLIMEST BIOTCH OF THEM ALL. DONT EVER LET KE CATCH YOU LACKING HO.
Absolutely disgusted
Absolutely disgusted, I deposited £30 used £20 they then restricted my account, they asked for utility bill in my name but I explain to don’t pay bills. I shown them bank statement with my address on but they said it wasn’t good enough. They will not let me withdraw the funds I’ve just deposited. It’s not winnings. It’s money I’ve just deposited. Avoid at all costs.
Worst site ever I’ve used for betting
Worst site - good for gamblers who want to talk about gambling - in terms of betting and withdrawing they are the worst I’ve ever experienced. They don’t pay out and they look for any reason such as
“ excessive gambling “
“ bank statements “
“ proof of income “
“ how much you deposit regularly”
To fellow gamblers there’s plenty of apps to use never ever use this app it’s a complete scam and shouldn’t be licensed to even have an app
It was a good app at first but slowly…
It was a good app at first but slowly things started to change.
One day I had placed a bet on anytime try scorer & he scored after 10 mins. I also backed him last try and this won.
The bet was settled as a loser & nobody was there to rectify it until the next day.
I checked all sites & they confirmed he had scored twice on the day.
What annoys me is they initially said they wouldn’t confirm which sites they checked & then did so but all of them had this player as scoring twice.
Long & short if it, this was an attempt to mislead someone that their bet had lost & then to play the victim saying they had checked a number of sites all of which confirmed the player had scored.
It’s also 8 weeks for a complaint to be resolved and it really should take 2/3 days.
It is a shame as it was decent initially.
