Mark was fantastic and knew how to get me the perfect rug for my house. Excellent customer service.

Went into Rockhampton store after seeing some potential rugs I liked on the website. The man in this store was very helpful and showed me lots of different options based on what I was looking at. Also kept all the options he showed me within the price range I was after.
When I was stuck on which way to go, he got my final picks out on the floor so I could compare them properly.
Now I’ve gotten the rug home and in my lounge room I’m extremely happy and even though it was not one I was originally looking at, it is perfect for the room and I couldn’t be happier.

After finding the right rugs on the website I visited the Rockhampton store to buy them. There was very limited stock and they had to be ordered in. Mark from Rockhampton was genuinely so helpful and was able to accommodate my needs exactly. Will 100% go back whenever I need more rugs.

Mark was wonderful in helping us with advice on our rugs. We would certainly go back again. The rugs are truly beautiful. Thanks Mark for your friendly service.

We visited the Rockhampton store today, a big thank you too Mark, from the moment we entered the store his friendly approach, knowledge and advice made our shopping experience enjoyable, we purchased 4 Persian rugs, thank you Mark for taking the time to get the rugs down from there hangers so we could see them when laid out on the floor, my wife and I are very happy with the rugs and they look fantastic.

​My recent visit to Cyrus Rugs in Rockhampton was an absolute pleasure, and I can't recommend them highly enough. We were impressed by the huge and fantastic range of rugs on display. It was great to be able to browse freely and take our time without feeling pressured.
​What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. The salesperson was attentive and knowledgeable but never hovered over us. He gave us space to explore the options, yet was always available and ready to help when we had questions. He used his knowledge of our specific needs, including the fact that we have pets, to guide us toward the perfect rug. We ended up with a beautiful, high-quality rug that fits our home perfectly.

Just Wow , Greeted with a smile, listened to what I was looking for , got shown many different styles, prices, textures and what colours work well and just gave great advice and information, nothing was to much, pulled down some samples and laid them on the floor to get a real look and feel for the pieces.
Went in for 1 walked out with 2 rugs and the second one was ordered from the warehouse while I was there in the shop and arrived within 2 days . Fantastic service
If you are looking for a rug do not buy one until you have visited this store .

Purchased a rug less than 4 weeks ago. Yesterday discovered some broken threads in a spot on the rug. Went back to the store where the male staff member acused us of cutting the threads. My husband was really angry at this accusation & told him so. Staff member told us he would not replace the faulty product & after his aggressive behaviour I just told him I would be completing a review of the store (ROCKHAMPTON) & the lack of customer service when product is faulty. Would not recommend purchasing from this store.

Just got a response from Cyrus Rugs about warranty info, however, I think Cyrus Rugs should update themselves on the Australian Laws around warranty & customer right. If products are faulty there is infact no timeline for returning faulty products. There are infact required to refund, replace or repair the faulty item 🤔

I purchased a beautiful rug today from the Rockhampton store.
The Sales Assistant Ceinwen was absolutely wonderful,her knowledge and expertise was customer service at its very best. Such a great experience, I will definitely recommend and return to the store.

Multiple styles to choose from. Prices vary from affordable to oow ah but the selection is endless and the choice is yours. There's no sales pitch just attentive service. Thank you.

Amazing customer service and knowledge from Mark and his assistant. Picked up two beautiful rugs for our house.

Really good help with choosing the rug however I needed to return it the next day due to sizing and matching only to be told I could not get a refund only a credit. A bit disappointing but I was helped to find another rug which suited the room beautifully.

Went into the Rockhampton Store, we were extremely happy with our service, we got all the help that we needed which made the decision so much easier! He was extremely polite and helpful and just all round great service!
