Excellent service, quality rugs.
This morning I purchased a large living room rug, a small Kilim Afghani rug and two small Indian rugs.
Sophie (who was my store assistant) was absolutely brilliant! She listened to what I was looking for, looked at photos of my living area, and found exactly what I wanted. She also found the precise colours I was seeking in the smaller rugs. And she managed to juggle all of this while serving other customers at the same time!
Thank you, Sophie - you didn’t try to rush me, and you demonstrated patience and professionalism.

Great service and advice
Sophie was very helpful and directed me to a group of rugs that could be what I was looking for and she was right! Both rugs were transported to Bundall where Sophie helped me to get them in the car. Really happy with the "look" and extremely happy with the service. Thanks Sophie.
