Rug is nice and thick, and works perfectly in my room

I had such a lovely experience at Cyrus Rugs in Bundaberg, thanks to the wonderful Kaylah. I walked in without a clear idea of what I wanted—just hoping something would "jump out" at me—and Kaylah greeted me warmly and gave me the space to browse at my own pace.

When I started to feel a bit overwhelmed by the many beautiful choices, she gently stepped in and helped me narrow things down by focusing just on the rug sizes I needed. Her approach was kind, professional, and never pushy. I really appreciated the balance she struck—being available and helpful without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.

Kaylah made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable, and I left feeling confident and happy with my options. She’s a real asset to the store and a perfect example of what great customer service should be.

Darren at Cyrus Bundaberg is a brilliant sales person. Asked if we needed help, introduced himself, explained where the appropriate sizes were and then just left us to browse. We chose and then Darren along with a team mate, just cracked us up with their banter and assured us we could take it home to see if we liked it and had 7 days to return it with instore credit.
We LOVED it! And the whole experience. 👏👏

Visited Cyrus Rugs Bundaberg for first time today. Darren was on duty and helped me out by firstly letting me wander in peace, and then when I had selected a couple of rugs I liked, was happy to get them down and lay them side by side so I could view properly. Also explained the differences in material so I could make an informed decision. Purchased a Scandi wool blend rug which I have just put in my living room and it is perfect! Thanks Darren A+

We bought our rug at the Bundaberg shop and I’m so glad we walked in there today! Darin and his staff were very friendly and helpful and spent as long as was needed for me to make up my mind. There was a really good selection of choices and I was very happy with my purchase, which was a blue patchwork from the Turkish Rug collection….it looks great in our family room between the two black leather couches and gives a lovely splash of colour to the room. Good price too.

I visited the Bundaberg store today and had the best experience with Darin. Not only was he knowledgeable and personable he made buying a new rug hassle free and totally put my mind at ease that I had selected the perfect rug for my area. 100% recommend dropping in and getting Darin to help you select your new rug.
