Great range, great service - Ballina
Visited the Ballina store and they had a great range of rugs with fantastic service. I took a couple of rugs home to try which really helped make the best choice for my home. Very happy!

Excellent quality rugs
I recently bought a Hampton rug from the Cyrus store in Ballina. I was so impressed with the variety of excellent quality rugs. It was hard to choose so I was very happy that Brian allowed me to take my first choice home to see if it was the right one and it was! I love it !

Very Happy Customer
After searching online for a new rug we settled on a new collection available at Cyrus Rugs. On visiting the Ballina store we received excellent service from Alex who showed us a selection of rugs. He allowed us plenty of time to make a final selection and placed the rugs on the floor so we could see how the colours display a little differently. Alex was always polite and didn’t pressure us into making a quick decision. He also informed us of store policies which would have allowed us to trial the rug in our home for 24 hr return or 7 day change of mind store credit. However, we are very happy with our selection which complements the decor of our room.
A big Thank you to Alex for his professional customer service and friendly and polite manner.
