Parcel marked as collected, but never received (PIN-controlled delivery)

I am currently dealing with a very concerning situation regarding a domestic delivery handled via DHL Express.

The parcel was supposed to be collected from a service point using a PIN code. This PIN was only available to me and was never shared. However, when I went to collect the parcel, I was informed that it was no longer there.

The merchant provided a proof of delivery, but:

- it does not contain the name of the recipient
- the signature is not identifiable and does not belong to me
- there is no evidence of identity verification

Despite this, I was told that the parcel was “collected” and that there is supposedly CCTV footage, which I cannot access unless I file a police report.

From my perspective, this clearly indicates a failure in the delivery process. The parcel was never handed over to me.

I have asked a simple question: how can a PIN-controlled parcel be released without my involvement? So far, no clear explanation has been provided.

It has now been almost 3 weeks since the order was placed. If this issue is not resolved within the 30-day delivery period, I will proceed with formal mediation to resolve the matter.

I am still waiting for a proper resolution.

My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. I understand how concerning this situation is, especially given the value of the parcel.

We want to reassure you that this case has not been dismissed at any point. Since you first contacted us on 14th April, we have been actively investigating the matter with DHL and have repeatedly escalated it to their depot and service point teams. We have also specifically requested clarification on the PIN-controlled collection process, ID verification requirements, and how the parcel could have been released under these circumstances.

At present, DHL have advised that their records and on-site footage indicate the parcel was collected. However, we fully recognise that this does not align with the information you’ve provided, including the PIN security and signature discrepancy, which is why we have continued to press them for a detailed explanation.

This investigation is still ongoing, and we are expecting a further update from DHL shortly. As soon as we receive a clear response regarding their collection procedures and whether these were properly followed, we will review next steps and work towards a resolution.

We have been in regular contact with you throughout this process and will continue to support you while we work towards a resolution.

We appreciate your patience and understand your frustration. Please be assured we are taking this seriously and will continue to pursue this with urgency until it is resolved.

Sony FX6 Repair

I had my Sony FX6 repaired by CVP Belgium under manufacturers warranty. I had orginally purchased directly from them.

The staff (particularly Danylo) were excellent from the beginning of the process to the end. Communication was professional and prompt.

It was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

I highly recommend CVP Belgium and want to pass on a massive thank you to Danylo.

After trying to order the DJI RS 5

After trying to order the DJI RS 5 Combo at multiple stores in the Netherlands, there was nowhere stock and some even lied to get an sale. After all those companys, CVP was the only one that delivered there promise. Within 2 days ive recieved it, with no problems at all.

I had an outstanding experience working with Niels, Aroni and the entire CVP team.

We were purchasing professional equipment financed through EU funds, which means the administrative side of the process is significantly more complex than a standard business purchase. Throughout the entire process, the team was incredibly reliable, responsive, and supportive.
