Took a chance ordering bespoke curtains online from The Curtain Outlet Factory… and I’m so glad I did. The curtains are amazing and great workmanship. I will definitely order more and would recommend this company.

Blinding blinds! I was moved to post this happy review without prompting after our 3 CFO-made Roman blinds were fitted today.
Hubby and I walked in to CFO with mission impossible: have the 3 guest windows dressed by MIL’s visit in 2 weeks (before Christmas).
Dean and team made it possible due to:
- fabric choices to suit any taste;
- range of budgetary options:
- Warehouse of rolls of end of run designer or discounted fabrics to check through for a lucky bargain, as well as regular interiors type show room with examples of soft furnishings to view finished products and finishes;
- Calm, competent technical & fabric advice without any hard sell, esp while hubby & I ‘discussed’ the options :);
- Relationships with factories, which meant when we decided on a non-stock fabric, a call confirmed we could get our first choice in the time-frame;
- a brilliant soft furnisher who produces blinds with perfect measurements and quality workmanship;
- Competitive pricing (we compared quotes with someone we have used before).
Note: time-frame helped by :
1. Taking our own careful measurements (with a detailed scale diagram and photos which saved time and could be forwarded to the CFO appointed blinds-maker)
2. Having access to a good local fitter who was available in the time-frame.
We’d go back if we needed more soft-furnishings.

We have used this company on many occasions due to convenience and it's quality of fabrics. They always have lots in stock do it's nice to browse. Calling up the warehouse to check was easy and the man I spoke to was very sweet and friendly. Ordering what I needed was straightforward. Only complaint - I rescheduled the delivery for another day as I knew no one was in...but it was delivered anyway and left outside on a rainy day. That was disappointing.

Great experience at The Curtain Factory Outlet. Steve helped us so much to work out the best price for what we wanted so that we could have the curtains exactly as we wanted them. He listened carefully to our budget and advised accordingly. Measuring and fitting by Mitchell was superb and whoever makes the curtains did an excellent job. After sales also excellent.

Prompt delivery

Bought material to cover 8 dining room chairs. Looked in main shop , served by Steve. He was very helpful , couldn’t find anything so he advised me to take a visit to the warehouse behind the main shop. I found the perfect material in the warehouse. Made a few visits before to make sure I liked the right one. The men working in the warehouse were all so kind & helped me choose the right material. If you have difficulty finding what you want ask for Marc, Reno, Joe or John. The person who fitted the chairs also agreed with the choice of Material.

After receiving samples and choosing a fabric I received the order within a couple of days. Delivered in good order and to specifications. Very good service. Thank you
