I used to use Hairstory New Wash

I used to use Hairstory New Wash, but abandoned it because of the price (52$ for 200 ml, sic!). I Googled and found an alternative, the Curl girl Nordic products. I'm now using the Curl girl Cleansing conditioner, Curl girl Hair Mask and Curl girl Hair Oil. These products are amazing! By the way, I don't have curly hair. The Cleansing Conditioner makes wonders: cleanses out all the excessive oil and leaves hair moistured enough. I do have treated hair: blonde highlights and root color so my lenghts need extra moisture and for that I'm using the Curl girl Hair Mask and Hair Oil. Everything combined works very well for my hair. 6 stars out of 5 for the products: affordable price and amazing results. Ordered from Finland and the shipment arrived two days after the order, that's super fast. Customer service is kind and always there to answer your questions.
So, if your lenghts need some boost and recovery from regular haircare products, don't look any further, Curl girl Nordic helps you out! (Even if you aren't blessed with curly hair...)

No reaction to my emails

While I really love their products, Curly Girl Approved's customer service is considerably less convincing. I ordered two products, they were dispatched on the 12th April when the shipment shows as 'Parcel transferred to international delivery' on the carrier's homepage. No further movements visible since that day (it has been a week now). I have already contacted Curly Girl Approved's customer service three times and did not get any reaction. Not even a recognition that my emails have indeed reached their customer service. A real pity yet I hope that I will receive my products very soon.

Dear Customer Service,
Thank you for your reply. I apologise for not contacting your customer service directly as suggested by you as I have made the unfortunate experience of not getting any answer.
I am afraid you must have looked at the wrong order. I ordered the products on the 9th April (no. 8329), they were dispatched on the 12th (which is fine as the 9th was a Friday). I contacted you first on the 12th as up till then the status showed as 'non existent tracking number' (or similar) on the carrier's homepage. I contacted you again from your homepage probably on the 15th (I did not receive a confirmation that mail was sent so there is nothing in my Sent File). The last time I contacted you on the 17th April, this time even in Danish as I wasn't sure whether there had been a language obstacle.

UPDATE of UPDATE:
Dear Customer Service,
Thanks for looking into this matter for me. If you can see that the parcel has been processed I am relieved. As a couple of parcels have been in 'lost' in the process of being handled by DHL I became a little bit nervous that this would turn out to become another case of 'Sorry, we lost your parcel and have no idea what happened. We are sure though that it wasn't our fault'. I will continue to wait patiently.

I can see that the first registration on your parcel is on the 12th of april 2021-04-12 13:21:26 Parcel has arrived at Terminal

Which means we have been able to ship the same day you ordered :-)

With your new order id I found your questions :-)

In your first email you sent us a question about your tracking number. Doing that you forwarded us your tracking number. That might have confused our customer service - as your tracking number allready is included in the mail you sent us.

In second mail from 2 days ago saturday - we just havnt comed to it yet (monday morning), so let us finish it here :-)

The tracking you sent us tells that the shipment is in Germany at DHL. We are willing to ship again - no charge - same order - today.

And if you get 2 shipments - just keep both of them :-)
