Great kit,dreadful service, unhelpful web site
Well, they don't bother replying to emails. They don't answer questions. If it's a faulty product it's your fault. Then......if it's a drive belt fault, forget it, no chance. If you send the faulty product to them they deny responsibility and keep your faulty product, in my experience. I have known a few registered suppliers of mtd cub cadet parts over time and none of them where complementary. I was told of a customer who had waited for over three months for a drive belt and the rep told the supplier,"it's only a belt, it'll arrive when it arrives".
The kit is good, the service is bad, very bad
