I have had trouble with trying to meditate, bought books and cd's without much luck. The Crystal Clear Meditation book was a gift and changed my expectations.A wonderful calm voice and soothing music and meditation methods that made sense to be able to use them in almost any situation was a revelation not having to "prepare" was very freeing.
the book is so well written and the photographs amazing. Add to that the free downloads. I cannot recommend this book highly enough and thank the author for helping me find an inner peace I could never have imagined.

With so many books available on meditation, crystals and healing, I am very pleased with this one because it covers everything in a detailed but easy to understand way. It’s simple to navigate and packed full of information, so I would highly recommend it to beginners and all those experienced.

I am thoroughly enjoying this book, and I love the links provided for the MP3 meditations, they are very calming.
All in all this is my favourite book on these subjects so far. I highly recommend it to everyone.

A wonderful comprehensive guide, easy to understand and yet incredibly informative.It makes meditating accessible for anyone who struggles to learn how to meditate.I love the photos of the crystals and “easily readable “ format.
This is a beautifully put together book and so well written!
It covers how to meditate for the everyday person but is also great to use for quick reference to crystals.
Best of all the writer herself has recorded the most amazing guided meditations to go with it, which have been invaluable to me.

This book is a great way to learn about meditation and crystals. It's easy to understand, but it also goes into enough detail to be helpful for people who already know a bit about these things. If you're just curious about meditation or crystals, or if you're looking for a more in-depth resource, this book is a great choice.You also get access codes to some free downloads of audio tracks with different types of meditations to try out which is a really nice bonus!

Superb little book! If you want to learn how to meditate or simply dip in & out of as someone who is experienced already, this beautiful book includes gorgeous photos of crystal, beautifully photographed & a clear, comprehensive understanding of how to meditate, why to meditate, how to use crystals, with many of the ones you'll come across. The writer has also recorded some wonderful meditations which take you on different journeys with her calming voice over healing music, completing the whole meditation package! Incredibly empowering! LOVE IT!
