I often pop into and sometimes purchase at the Cotton Traders outlet at High Legh garden centre. The staff there are always friendly and helpful.

I love the clothes from this company, staff are always very helpful.

The service is always faultless and the staff a delight to deal with.It goes without saying that l will be returning!

We have received no updates to the order for collection. My husband popped into the arranged Garden Centre by chance and they said it wasn’t available but then looked and it was there. We heard nothing other than it had been despatched 2 days after ordering and then nothing more

My feeling is that the quality ie ruggedness of the products is high , but they do feel a little thinner than some on the many years old products I have . Pick up was good

I’ve used Cotton Traders a couple of times now, ordering online and collecting from my nearest store were the staff are really friendly and just happens to be in a garden centre with a great coffee shop!
Ordering is straightforward and on this occasion both items were in the sale at a great price.
One of the items was a pair of suede boots which I’ve already got in a different colour so naturally ordered the same size and therefore didn’t bother to try them on until I got home only to find that they were at least two sizes too big so I can only assume that they had been sized incorrectly such was the discrepancy.
I returned them to store and again, the lady I spoke to was really helpful and arranged a refund which I received within 48 hours unlike many other retailers who can take a week or two to process a refund.
I find Cotton Trader clothing to be well made and great quality and my only gripe is that the smallest waist size they sell in trousers and shorts is a 32” which is sadly too big for me otherwise I’d buy more from them.

I went to collect my items. The lady who served me asked if I wanted to try them on, which I did. The raincoat was too big the other item was fine. There was no problem returning the coat, she arranged the refund. Another jacket I had ordered hadn't arrived. She contacted the warehouse to cancel the order but was told it had left the warehouse & was on the way. She kindly made a note in her diary for when it arrived to return the jacket & ensure I was fully refunded. She was extremely helpful, polite & friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Cotton Traders give excellent value & quality & are definitely attracting more varied ages with their changing styles.
The jacket for my husband was in the sale & it really is exceptional value.
Bit on the small size for their normal medium fit.
Towels another great buy.
My personal view is that this company sell quality items, reasonably priced & always has promotions on.

My experience of Cotton Traders has always been positive from start to finish. The website makes the clothes easy to like but also very modern for nature customers occasionally getting use to ordering something online. Compliments are given when friends see their clothes and it is as good as any high-street store.

I look forward to my weekly visits to your Knutsford store with my wife , more often than not we make a purchase as the store is well played out and the customer service is exemplary. Before my retirement I was a company director of a large retail chain and I know well how customer service can make or break a store .
Thankfully knutsford should be top of your league table .

Pick up from shop and saved all the postage costs. Only trouble it did encourage me to purchase more stuff when in their shop.
