The other week I decided to buy another hooded coat as mine I've had for quite a few years and that was from Cotton Traders too. I ended up buying a green shower proof one. I liked that it had a nice soft interior that keeps you warm unlike others I'd bought from CT that had me too hot because of the lining. It's a good length to the knees with plenty of pockets that do up and it's able to tighten around the waist keeping warmth. I was really pleased it was reduced by £20 which meant I could order a few bits I needed. I really recommend CT a Company that cares about quality.

The online ordering process was easy and delivery for click and collect worked well. When I went to the shop the coat I ordered was far too big but there was a smaller size in store so changing the coat was easy. Other items also suited me so I made two more purchases.

There are a good selection of clothing at Cotton Traders for men and women but you always see more on-line. More often than not the items that interest me are not in store. It's not an issue because the ladies who work in the Castleford Outlet could not be more helpful. They are brilliant! They will happily order for you in store and are there to help when you've ordered on-line to collect. There are no issues with trying and returning items there and then. The prices confuse me a bit because clothing can be quite expensive often higher than M&S prices but the quality is not always of their standard. I would buy more here but often the ladies blouses and tops are too long and more like dresses. Maybe a bit old fashioned but I'm an old person. Often displays are off putting as items can look very creased. I can get irritated by pricing as I can go in store buy something and receive a booklet the next day with a 15% discount offer or similar for the same item. Therefore, you are never sure you are getting a bargain. All that said for people of my age there are hardly any stores on the high street to choose from. At least I can walk in view, try on, assess the quality, whereas ordering on-line is always a risk. The free click and collect is also appealing.

Had a coat delivered to Castleford store so I could check size. Preferred to have a bigger size and the ladies in store could not have been more helpful despite frustrations with technology. Thank you ladies. I received replacement coat, home delivery, within a few days.

Ordered several garments shirts, jeans & coats. They all came promptly without any fuss. All were good fit, very wade & look good. Particularly pleased with the stretch jeans

Went into the Cotton Traders in Junction 32 to get some warmer clothes to go into Autumn with. Wasn't exactly sure what to get, but had a wonderful chat with Samantha who helped massively. Can't recommend enough.
