Don't buy from them

Don't buy from them, they are not authorized by brand, they just sell to you.

Amazon suspended my account for there product.. They are not providing me authorization letter or any busyness supply chain documents or products authenticity documents.. Be carefull.. I ask them for authorization letter, they send me there price list. They are broker.

Cosmetix Club is not recognized by…

Cosmetix Club is not recognized by Amazon. Despite their entire website being geared towards encouraging users to buy and sell on Amazon, even offering a prepping service, my Amazon account was deactivated because Amazon rejected invoices from Cosmetix Club. Initially, they allowed me to ungate using these invoices, which led me to believe they were a valid source. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and I ended up losing my account. Cosmetix Club ignored my requests for assistance and failed to provide any proof of authenticity or supply chain transparency that I could present to Amazon. They made their sales, and that was the end of it. I strongly advise you to STAY AWAY FROM COSMETIX CLUB.

They don’t reply to emails

They don’t reply to emails. They delivered items promptly but communication is key with customers. I’ve called as well and they said they’ll get back

I want to be fair but the communication…

I want to be fair but the communication wasn't great. I emailed a few times I ordered on August 2 and two weeks later I still hadn't received my order. I had to call after I emailed a few times and I guess they forgot to mail it out and in this case, it immediately went out the next day and I received it and the order was packed securely. I was just a little disappointed because I wanted to see how this company is and I was disappointed with my first order (shipping that is) The product I am happy with.
