Scam, hidden charges - dark patterns
I signed up for what was advertised as a 7-day plan for 32.89 RON. Right after, they automatically charged my card a massive amount of 418.29 RON without my explicit consent at checkout. They hid the automatic renewal terms at the very bottom of the confirmation email after the purchase was already done.
To make it worse, the app only provides a 28-day meal plan, even though they charged me for an 8-week subscription! The recipes are very poor quality, and the app functionality is completely unsatisfactory.
When I contacted customer support, "B.P." refused to refund my money and explicitly refused to provide the legal name, registration number, and official corporate address of the company. This is a complete scam using dark patterns to steal money from people. Stay away!

The questionnaire great the trying to feed me all these other things not good just seems like every other company bread crumbing you ! Instead of charging more and adding some of those extras in and maybe charge extra for life time and maybe 1/2 on the coaching ! It’s just giving same vibe as these fly by nighter companies . Well we will see what you are working with !
Lastly if you had a service that could have possibly be billed to one’s insurance perhaps then it would have been better! Let’s see what you are working with !
